07/09/2025: On a bike ride at 12:42 PM, I called the old inn to make a reservation, saying we'd be there in twenty minutes. "Yes, but no later," a slightly annoyed gentleman replied. We arrived at 1:05 PM, and he began by saying, "You're really the last one here." I asked if we could eat outside, but he replied that service was only available inside. At this point, I asked if we could park our bikes under the portico to avoid theft, and he replied, "No." An unfriendly bike parking spot to avoid like the plague. Following the restaurateur's response, a couple of clarifications: 1) Do you really think people have time to waste making a fake reservation at the old inn in Breme? 😂😂 2) The porch/outdoor area was completely empty, so they could have easily left the two bikes. 3) His response, inviting us to buy a lock and eat sandwiches, is further evidence of his lack of education and utter rudeness, which should give future customers pause.

07/10/2025: Not at all professional! Reliability = zero! I ordered 15 takeout sandwiches over the phone more than a day in advance. But on the day of delivery, "Surprise!" Not only were the sandwiches I ordered missing, but they didn't set aside anything to replace them!!! The sales assistant's excuse was that they didn't have time to make them.

07/10/2025: Courtesy and excellent croissants. We also had panzerotti and pizzas.

21/10/2025: Horrible experience! - Rustic atmosphere: the choice to place glass over the tables leaves a lot to be desired, especially since if you're not careful, you risk breaking a glass; - No menu was provided, and consequently, so were the prices for food and drinks; - Very low-quality food; - Friendliness: the two ladies serving the tables are annoyed; - Parking: It's really hard to find a spot since the place is located along the highway. - Noise: When you find yourself sitting next to a table full of people so drunk (including the owner) that you can't communicate with anyone around you, I'd say this represents the rudeness that pervades this place. See you never again!!!

06/10/2025: I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt like it because I had a really good time. I went to this café for breakfast this morning, and I have to say it was a pleasant surprise. The prices were fair, the cappuccino was well-made and very nice, and the croissant was also delicious and warm. Compliments to the kindness of the staff!

11/04/2025: If you're looking for a quiet place to eat and spend time with friends, I highly recommend it. The prices may be a little high, but they're more than compensated by the good quality of the food. If you can pair it with a nice walk in the beautiful Ticino River Park before or after lunch, you've hit the jackpot!

29/08/2025: Very rustic pizzeria where they do a little bit of everything. The order taker was very kind, but a little absent-minded. The prices were reasonable. I didn't like the pizza, but maybe just because I'm used to a different kind of pizza. The fried foods were a little burnt. Overall, I wasn't thrilled with the food. I don't think I'd go back!

19/07/2025: We told the waitress about the pizzas, including a lactose-free one, which we trusted. When paying the bill, we heard some customers also ask another member of staff for lactose-free pizzas, but they replied that they didn't have lactose-free mozzarella and therefore recommended buffalo mozzarella instead. At that point, we weren't sure if we'd eaten lactose-free pizzas since the staff's versions didn't match. I'd like to add that the waitress who took the order seemed distracted when we asked for a pizza with stracciatella, which wasn't honored.

13/04/2025: We discovered this takeaway pizzeria not long ago, but it has since become a regular weekly fixture! Excellent pizza, thin and digestible, possibility of wholemeal dough, I have always called even at the last minute and the guys have always been kind in taking the order and very punctual with delivery! Satisfied 😊

29/06/2025: Really very good pizza, this evening I particularly appreciated the Pizza Bologna, with mortadella, pistachio, provola, fiordilatte, personalized with the addition of porcini mushrooms and black olives. A delicacy!

16/08/2025: Pfff what happened? It used to be a very pleasant place to just pop in, taste some excellent wines and engage in wine conversation with the very knowledgeable staff. Now you are probably better off to drive to the local supermarket and buy the wine there. The staff is equally bored and the wine is even cheaper. Please get your act together Giorgi!

12/10/2025: I went to this place with my roommate for an aperitivo and we ordered sangria. When I asked if they had anything gluten-free, the answer was a firm "no"—not even simple packaged chips, which are usually gluten-free. I was disappointed, especially since many places these days (even the ones near the square) offer at least a basic option for those with intolerances. Furthermore, the staff wasn't particularly friendly, which detracted from the experience. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the lack of attention to dietary needs makes it less than inclusive.

28/09/2025: Excellent aperitif with a glass of white wine and various appetizers. Friendly and attentive staff, fair price. Beautiful location in a characteristic square in the historic center.

23/11/2025: Last night was my first time. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and my calzone was delicious. Not only that... it was also truly original, to the point that it stimulates the imagination even before you taste it, leaving you to imagine so many possibilities.

07/11/2025: We've been frequenting this place for years, where you can enjoy a fun evening beyond the food. Compared to the past, I must point out a price hike. While you could once dine for a reasonable price, now it's almost out of control. €70 for two seems excessive for this type of place. It's true that the price of ingredients has increased, but we're not talking about a Milanese restaurant, but rather the Pavia countryside.... Is there a reason why Saturday nights used to be always packed and now there are plenty of empty tables?
