24/04/2025: un negozietto molto carino simpatico trovi oltre agli alimentari tovaglie vasi decorati particolari. Mario mi accontenta sempre (dieta) piatti molto buoni e saporiti molta cura dei prodotti varia scelta davvero ottimo croccanti creme al cioccolato biscotti e altro il mio negozietto complimenti

10/08/2025: Ordered a plate of raw fish, sent it back because it smelled bad. Grilled swordfish was inedible and sent back. The rest was fine. At the cashier, asked not to pay for the uneaten dishes. The reply was, "I already charged you 13 euros..." "Whoa!"

18/06/2025: Always welcoming place run by always kind and welcoming people! I have been here in Usmate and in Lombardy since 2017... I love having breakfast and here it is always special and particular to have a simple cappuccino! Thanks!

17/08/2025: I wrote a 5-star review for the Oss Bus restaurant 5 years ago. It was one of my favorite places, and I'm sad it closed for the well-known reasons you can read online. But when you open a new business where there was a historic and well-reviewed place, it's unfair to use the same Google Maps location with all the old reviews and change the name. It's NOT something you do! This is an unfair practice that greatly helps a new opening, but in the medium term, I don't think it's a winning strategy.

16/08/2025: Accustomed to the previous management, the well-known and renowned "OSS-BUS," expectations were certainly high. The current restaurant has a different feel: a room that once seemed welcoming is now rather bare, with an atmosphere that I personally found less warm. The menu seemed limited, although the dishes I sampled were generally good. The service could be improved to make the experience more enjoyable, while the prices, in my opinion, are a bit higher than the overall offering. A warmer welcome would certainly enhance the customer experience.

25/08/2025: Nothing to complain about the pizza, but disorganization reigns supreme. Over an hour's wait for pre-ordered pizzas: when asked for an explanation, they use the excuse that the order was unnamed, even though the slip was immediately found as soon as I went in to pay. Furthermore, despite the many people in line, they continue to take reservations at times they'll never keep and receive constant calls from people waiting for home delivery regarding delays. The pizza is good, but definitely not worth the wait.

11/08/2025: I've been a customer for over a year. Not much to say. They're a takeout pizzeria. Prices may be a little higher than average, but honestly, they make up for it with more than good-quality ingredients. They're quite fast and polite. Never had a problem. Recommended.

03/09/2025: The interiors are attractively designed and located in a prime location. The service staff is attentive and courteous. We ordered appetizers for two people, the quality of which proved to be excellent. The main course was of the highest quality. I was very impressed by the creative presentation of the dishes. The tiramisu deserves a special mention, as it was of exceptional quality. The value for money was reasonable.

30/07/2025: Servizio decisamente da migliorare! Sul cibo nulla da dire (pizza, primi di pesce e dolci: buoni con un discreto rapporto qualità prezzo) ma ... abbiamo prenotato alle 21 (alle 20:55 eravamo già al ristorante e glielo abbiamo fatto sapere), alle 21:40 (40 minuti dopo la prenotazione) ci fanno entrare. Abbiamo più volte sollecitato il cameriere per poter ordinare; una volta arrivato da noi abbiamo potuto ordinare solo il cibo, le bevande erano di competenza di un' altro cameriere. Alle 22:40 (dopo un'ora dall'ingresso ed un ora e 40 dalla prenotazione) finalmente sono arrivate le pizze ed i primi ordinati. Se non fosse stato per l'orario, ce ne saremmo andati!!! ... ma alle 22 inoltrate, non sapevamo dove poter andare a cenare (col rischio di trovare cucine chiuse a quell'ora).

26/07/2025: Abbiamo preso un insalata di mare tiepida … ma è arrivata congelata.. e una frittura di calamaretti oscena!! Stra unta con il piatto praticamente rotto in tutti gli angoli !! Abbiamo trovato posto solo fuori con il tavolo barcollante e non essendoci neanche un piccolo gazebo i piccioni sulle grondaie che poco mancava che … non abbiamo finito il piatto e siamo andati via..

And I say: better to get a snack from you than go into that McDonald's again and allow an angry woman to insult my dignity, serve disgusting fries, and not even care if I have enough cutlery. Don't go to McDonald's; it's better to buy food here. You're all right, no complaints. A solid four! Thank you.

12/07/2025: I always have a great time at the Roadhouse in Lentate. Friendly and fast service. The meat is excellent quality. They also have vegetarian options. My older son loves the R Special burger... my younger son loves the playroom!!! Recommended!!

15/08/2025: The best ice-cream ever. I tried lots of flavour in lots of places,but none and nowhere the same as here. I highly recommend. Looking forward to come back 😍

19/07/2025: Terrible experience They have gluten-free cones, but when I asked for a gluten-free cone and ice cream from the NON-contaminated side with a clean scoop, I was rudely told no because they didn't want to ruin the appearance of the ice cream tub. Having a daughter with celiac disease, we grabbed our cone and left despite having waited in line. Definitely a place to avoid.

29/08/2025: Second time and like the first you can't go wrong...always excellent service and friendliness...Meat and cured meats of excellent quality and in abundance...

28/08/2025: Nothing special, the atmosphere is bland, and it's hard to see why there's such a difference between the upstairs and downstairs areas. We definitely won't be returning!

14/09/2025: We easily booked for a Saturday night dinner, with options available for those with food intolerances. We had pizza and a rib-eye steak with baked potatoes, all very good and excellent value. Perfect service, the location could use a bit of a makeover, but we highly recommend it. We'll be back.

31/07/2025: Good pizza, small inside, not tried outside (it was raining) you need to book
