Cavour is a point of reference. It's precisely the combination that works: carefully selected ingredients, a selection of gin and whiskey that doesn't seem to be there for show but to be truly experienced, with Robi's great knowledge, and a soundtrack that accompanies without being overwhelming. I went with colleagues for a coffee while waiting for the office to open. The sales assistant was kind, thoughtful, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent!
