19/06/2026: We returned to try the new management of Hellis and Alice at Osteria Paolomaria. It was a pleasant surprise to find the same welcoming atmosphere upon entry and the attentive and kind way they serve you without ever being intrusive. Little touches were greatly appreciated, like a small appetizer to share while waiting for our dishes and the unexpected warm focaccia served with the main course...very well done. Delicious and perfectly executed dishes...
We ordered all the off-menu items, which were truly delicious. Three dessert choices...we tried two of the three, and both were very good. Very well done.
We will definitely return in the evening to dine in the square.

27/06/2026: A typical restaurant in the Imperia hinterland. Fresh and clean. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent food and excellent value. The pizza is thin and crispy, with a nice topping. There's no service charge or cover charge; you only pay for what you consume. Highly recommended!!!

02/05/2026: Very well-kept location, dishes presented with unexpected attention to detail, excellent quality products, a level far above expectations. A special mention goes to the fish soup, a full and rich flavor that brought me back to the tastes of home. Excellent experience.
11/04/2026: A truly amazing dinner!!! The English lady who runs the place looked after us throughout the meal, offering advice and serving us with great kindness and enthusiasm. The food is truly excellent, and the place is clean and well-kept. The bathroom is also wonderful. The price is super reasonable. If you're passing through, don't hesitate to stop by for a truly special dinner.
10 out of 10!!
I recommend the ravioli del plin with Castelmagno cheese, the ravioli with blueberries and saffron, and the swordfish. The desserts are also truly delicious, especially the tiramisu.

12/07/2026: June is a master. You can come and see without any problem. Fast service, excellent pizza, and top-notch tiramisu. And it's not expensive.
12/07/2026: We waited 10 minutes to be seated, then once we were seated at the table we were told that pizzas would take at least 40 minutes. We said that was fine, although I don't think it was correct that they were told once we were seated. The pizza arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes, full of oil and limp. Tables were crowded 5 cm apart, glasses were old and faded. Negative experience.

08/06/2026: A place where you need to book in advance to get one of the many tables. There's little to no one to answer the phone (the only downside, which will likely lead you to book elsewhere). This speaks volumes about the quality of the food.
The couple who run this establishment are attentive and considerate, and the staff are chosen for their similar spirit—responsive and friendly.
A large dining room, as well as a lovely outdoor area.
A large parking lot, almost too small.

THE place to go to fully enjoy the local delicacies.
A modern and well-kept restaurant, run by young people ready to amaze with dishes worthy of a star. From tradition to innovation, from flavor to the passion of the two young chefs, Oscar and Alberto, which is passed down from bite to bite. Every detail, besides being tasteful, is made with love... and I think that's the key difference that makes this place a place to be.
