06/04/2025: This is a restaurant of excellence. All the fish is very fresh and has intense flavours. The ingredients are carefully chosen and of the highest quality. The portions are generous. The waiters are very kind. The service is quick. The rooms are spacious, the tables spaced apart, the chairs comfortable. Only, it's not for those with a normal salary. A two-course lunch for two people costs the same as a night in a good 3-star hotel.

23/03/2025: We had dinner last night. Despite an initial misunderstanding (for which they told me they didn't have gluten-free pasta even though I called them for lunch to ask for confirmation) we ate well. Jamon platter and focaccia/rye bread really excellent. Then gluten-free pasta with clams for me - I would say good even if not excellent - and sliced ​​picanha for my boyfriend, tasty but not very tender. He liked it anyway. The service could perhaps be improved, the two waiters seem a bit on edge.. I don't know if my request for gluten-free pasta sent them into a panic. Anyway good. Very nice location.

14/02/2025: Belle décoration minimaliste. En revanche,le serveur nous a dit qu’il était impossible d’avoir une carafe d’eau et nous a obligées à prendre une bouteille d’eau à 4€! Il a également fallu payer 6€ pour les couverts! Serveurs qui n’arrivent pas à gérer leur service. Fritto Misto bon. Spritz avec très très peu de Prosecco ! Bref un beau resto mais tout le reste laisse à désirer!

18/02/2025: Il personale è sempre stato molto affabile ed ospitale, anche verso la nostra cagnolina: caratteristiche sempre più rare quindi molto apprezzabili. I BACI hanno la giusta morbidezza, con un perfetto equilibrio tra sapori e consistenze. Assolutamente da provare!

21/03/2025: Trattoria found by chance, returning to Piedmont from Liguria, stop for lunch. We were satisfied with the dishes, the appetizers a bit like this, but the first, tagliolini with fragrant porcini mushrooms and the second, a tasty cod with Taggiasca olives, and finally a tasting of truly exquisite local bitters... kind and welcoming owners. The place looks like an old trattoria, but clean.. to come back

Abbiamo scelto il menù classico accompagnato con i vini della stessa cantina, così da assaggiarne diversi. Scelta azzeccata, tutto buonissimo, alla fine abbiamo anche acquistato delle bottiglie. Complimenti!

18/08/2024: Eccellenza della ristorazione ligure: coniglio preparato e cucinato come impone la tradizione. Ottimi vini locali selezionati dalla omonima Cantina della Famiglia Ramoino. Consigliatissimo.
