The atmosphere is refined, intimate, and welcoming. The staff is the real added value: knowledgeable, smiling, and never intrusive, capable of perfectly managing the dinner.
Top-quality ingredients crafted with skill and passion. The food is a masterpiece of flavors and textures that alone is worth the visit. The desserts also deserve special mention, with attention to every detail.
A place that borders on perfection and where you can't help but return. Rating: 10/10

19/07/2026: Location: I give it two stars because they put us in the playground next to the restaurant.
Service: I give it three because the waiters are inexperienced and make mistakes and forget things.
Food: I give it three because the portions were too small (two slices of roast beef 3mm thick); the first courses were good.
Value for Money: I give it four because the food is good, but the quantity is insufficient for the price. (Roast beef €14)
Unfortunately, we won't be back.

10/05/2026: Amazing goat and beans, brandacujun, etc....you eat like a king and you spend relatively little for the product offered.
Highly recommended. We happened to pass by on our motorbike, looking for a sandwich. Luckily, we tried the osteria and had a great time ❤️❤️❤️
06/05/2026: Osteria Ra Culeta is a charming spot located in the beautiful Italian village of Bajardo, perched at an altitude of over 900 meters.
I regularly go there during my bike rides to stop for a coffee in a typical Italian village setting, authentic and a real change of scenery. Just fifty kilometers from La Turbie or Monaco, it feels like stepping back in time and far from the French Riviera.
The coffee is always excellent, served in the Italian style with a beautiful, long-lasting crema that doesn't dissipate after a few seconds. The pastries are also very good.
The staff is pleasant, kind, and welcoming, embodying that friendly Italian spirit that makes the place so charming.
I haven't yet had the chance to try the food, but the homemade dishes I've seen, especially the rabbit, looked delicious and very authentic. I definitely intend to go back soon to find out. In summary: an authentic, warm and exotic address, perfect for a coffee break or a timeless moment in the Italian hinterland.
