We returned to try the new management of Hellis and Alice at Osteria Paolomaria. It was a pleasant surprise to find the same welcoming atmosphere upon entry and the attentive and kind way they serve you without ever being intrusive. Little touches were greatly appreciated, like a small appetizer to share while waiting for our dishes and the unexpected warm focaccia served with the main course...very well done. Delicious and perfectly executed dishes...
We ordered all the off-menu items, which were truly delicious. Three dessert choices...we tried two of the three, and both were very good. Very well done.
We will definitely return in the evening to dine in the square.

I haven't had lunch there yet, but I had a beer at the bar and they brought me some focaccia made by them which was really excellent. So if the focaccia is like this...

Carefully crafted and tasty dishes, with interesting pairings. Relaxed atmosphere in a simple and welcoming countryside setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Attentive and friendly staff. I definitely recommend it.

Delicate yet flavorful dishes, generous portions, and a fair price for a dinner filled with good food and a lovely atmosphere. The waitress was very nice, kind, and attentive. The menu offers a wide variety, with a focus on tradition and quality products. A wonderful experience. Good luck!
