Bar Melody In Sanremo

We stopped at Melody for a snack during a stroll through the center of Sanremo. The place is located just steps from the Ariston Theater and is small but charming, with both indoor and outdoor seating. In addition to being an ideal breakfast café, it also offers sandwiches and light lunch dishes. We tried a mini cheesecake and a natural frozen yogurt with pistachio topping: we loved both, especially the yogurt, which was truly delicious. The staff was friendly and the service was well-organized. The only thing I would mention is the prices, which are a bit high: for example, a natural frozen yogurt cost €6. That said, being in a tourist destination in Liguria, the prices are in line with those in the area. Overall, I recommend this place for a sweet break in the center.

The restaurant is located on the central Via Matteotti, just steps from the Ariston Theater. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The staff is also very helpful, efficient, and friendly. The service is provided with all the attention that is due to the customer. The products are very good.

Delicious food, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended! The Aperol Spritz was also excellent.

The good thing is that you can customize your sandwich or focaccia to your liking. There's a lot of choice, which is really nice. However, we waited quite a while for a simple focaccia, and in the end, they made a mistake with our order: they put cooked ham instead of prosciutto. Personally, I don't like cooked ham, so it completely changed the taste of my focaccia. We pointed out the error, but aside from a simple "sorry," they didn't offer us anything: neither to remake the focaccia nor any compensation. It's a real shame, because mistakes happen, but how they're handled is just as important.

Really excellent breakfast (green cake, piadina with toppings of your choice) and very friendly waiters!

My favorite bar in Sanremo, friendly staff, excellent coffee, Brioche also best in town (except Sundays 😀). Also very honest and very low priced for the quality offered! BRAVO!
