We were there last night, the location was beautiful. The service was impeccable, and Mr. Ignazio was incredibly kind. Not to mention the tubetti with mussels and fried cod. They were delicious, and I highly recommend them. The value for money is top-notch. We'll be back as soon as we're in the area.

We celebrated a birthday here. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. The service was impeccable, thanks in part to Ignazio, the head waiter, and his staff. We had a truly enjoyable evening and a delicious meal. Highly recommended.

The food is excellent, the service excellent. All the staff are competent, especially Kala, who manages to guide the inexperienced waiters.

This restaurant is located on the coast road just outside the town center. We tried it on a Tuesday evening. We ordered gratinated mussels, eggplant parmigiana, and Taranto-style mussels as appetizers. So far, there's nothing to complain about. The area is famous for its mussels, which are at their best this season. For the main course, we had tubettini with mussels and troccoli allo scoglio. The first course is a traditional Taranto dish, so it's hard to find a restaurant that doesn't deliver on its flavor. Unfortunately, the troccoli allo scoglio lacked the essentials to be considered "allo scoglio" (seafood). The scampi were microscopic and inedible. The clams were mini lupini, a few shrimp, and no cephalopods. I obviously pointed out the situation to the service, and this meant we couldn't order dessert because we were ignored... we had no choice but to pay the bill and leave.

A truly comfortable little place. Impeccable and fast service. The food was truly excellent. I had the delicious mussel tubes. The staff was incredibly kind, including the owner Annarita. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! 😊 Excellent food and friendly, professional staff. We ate delicious fish dishes and delicious desserts to finish. A special thanks to Ignazio, the restaurant manager: he was able to recommend every dish with great expertise. We'll definitely be back!

Food was top-notch, atmosphere was top-notch, service was top-notch! We were "unfortunately" only passing through, otherwise we would definitely have gone back to Pineta – highly recommended…
