11/06/2025: Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni a Bordighera e abbiamo trovato il nome del ristorante sul web. Pochi coperti e, come preferisco io, non troppa scelta, che spesso è sinonimo di approssimazione. Semplicemente fantastico, non mangiavo il pesce così buono da parecchio tempo. Abito nel centro della Lombardia e per noi mangiare pesce buono è una sorta di roulette. Ho letto diverse recensioni e penso che probabilmente alcuni di questi non sono venuti da voi. Sono fondamentalmente pretenzioso, schizzinoso e attento ai dettagli. Qui ho trovato: Servizio impeccabile Gentilezza e cortesia ad ogni portata Presentazione dei piatti quasi da stellato Qualità alta per il prezzo applicato. Siete stati generosi e molto attenti ad ogni portata. Ci volevo ritornare ieri sera per assaggiare un altra parte di menu ma purtroppo eravate chiusi Lo consiglio con estrema convinzione. 02/06/2025: La comida era muy agradable. El servicio sujeto a mejoras. Cada uno de nuestros cuatro platos (2 entrantes 1 primo y 1 principal) era muy sabroso e individual. 5 puntos por eso. Solo la gente de servicio era desatento y no muy acogedor. Más bien una sensación de “fin de temporada”. Muy triste

A stockfish brandade to die for followed by delicious artichoke ravioli with sage butter. For dessert, the owner offered us the local specialty: a Muscat and Marsala sabayon in which bugnes are dipped—to die for. In short, a magical moment!

Piatti eccezionali come i ravioli con patate maggiorana e funghi, maltagliati con verdure, cinghiale. Cameriera gentilissima, prezzi onesti.

23/05/2025: We already knew Lorenzina, and even though the terrace was closed this time, we still enjoyed a priceless view during dinner. In all the dishes we tasted, the raw material was of excellent quality, starting from the very fresh fish to the vegetables, served in more than generous portions. The gran fritto is the only dish that convinced us less, a little lacking in crunchiness and served not exactly steaming. Among the desserts, an honorable mention goes to the cream tart: crunchy shortcrust pastry, velvety cream, and well-balanced in terms of sweetness. The service was attentive and courteous. Considering the overall quality, the experience not only justifies, but exceeds expectations compared to the average cost of the restaurant.

Antipasti voto 10: un’esplosione di gusto ed un mix perfetto di varietà che ti fa apprezzare ogni assaggio Primi voto 10: ravioli fatti in casa, tagliatelle fatte in casa, tutto leggero, armonico. Non smetteresti mai di mangiare Secondi voto 10: il miglior coniglio mai assaggiato, saporito, morbido, si scioglie in bocca Crostata della casa voto 9 frolla friabile, croccante, anch’essa leggera ma davvero buona. Tutto quello che ti aspetti di trovare da un posto nell’entroterra ma che quando poi inizi a mangiare sa nuovamente sorprendere. Location molto curata, pulita e piacevole. Anche la strada per arrivarci è semplice e il ristorante è più volte indicato da cartelli stradali. Bravi, bravi, bravi !! Una magnifica scoperta !
