16/07/2025: Few dishes to choose from, but very tasty. Generous portions. The ravioli with meat sauce are highly recommended! I haven't tried the pizza, but it looks excellent, cooked in a wood-fired oven. Friendly waiters. Prices are perhaps a little above average.

10/09/2025: looking for a pizza place in genova at lunch time in mid-august was harder than expected. everything either closed for holidays or only open for dinner. then we realized sorbillo had a restaurant here and decided to give it a try, since it’s usually reliable. the ambience was lovely, all light blue and airy. the pizza selection was solid, with some options featuring pesto that felt very regional. i had to try one of those. it turned out to be a really good pizza. the dough was on the thinner side, so it was light and easy to digest, and the toppings (especially the pesto) were excellent quality. overall, a very pleasant experience and definitely a place i’d come back to.

05/09/2025: We came this afternoon. A very good option in the center of Genoa if you don't know where to eat. The price is excellent compared to other restaurants in the area. The attention from Francesca, who speaks perfect Spanish!!!, and the attention from Giancarlo are undeniably incredible!!! My mom and I, who came from Andorra, left very happy!! ☺️☺️

08/07/2025: On our way to Lisbon, my wife and I stayed overnight in Busalla and decided to eat at Pizzeria del Centro. I hope everyone can eat at this pizzeria: it's honestly the best pizza I've ever eaten! Aside from the fact that the ingredients themselves are top-quality and perfectly balanced, the pizza dough is light and fragrant, and I defy anyone not to wish they had a second stomach just to have more. Incredible! For dessert, we had a tiramisu that was nothing short of phenomenal, and all of it was made in no time (be careful, because from 8:00 onward, the place fills up, and of course!) The service and kindness of the staff are enviable, and I truly wish this pizzeria the best! P.S. One last note: in addition to the wide selection, you can, at very reasonable prices, add whatever toppings you like to one of the pizzas, ensuring there's something for everyone. Choice pizza: Diavola base + egg + gorgonzola + crust with 'nduja. ENG: I feel obliged to rewrite my review in English so that everyone could understand. 19/06/2025: For the first time we ordered pizza, what a sight it was really good. They brought it to our house. But the second time we called, an unpleasant girl told us that they no longer delivered there… (Mignanego) we asked to speak to the owner because the week before, as I already said, it was delivered to us and it seemed strange to us and she said it wasn’t possible. What a shame…

20/07/2025: If you're looking for an authentically rustic atmosphere, an old-fashioned working-class trattoria with 1950s decor where you can eat decently for little money, this is the place. Take off your foodie attire; you'll find a warm welcome and genuine Genoese people. My top rating is for these features. I recommend calling to book and ask for information.

24/08/2025: When you order takeout pizza, it ALWAYS arrives late. They tell you a time that's never respected, and in fact, you end up waiting AT LEAST 45 minutes longer (absurd). We've tried several times, thinking it was an isolated incident, but it's happened every time, so we'll stop ordering from them. They're unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. If you call them to report the situation, they'll even mock you and hang up on you. I'm also sorry, and the pizza has arrived half cold a couple of times, even in the summer, because they can't even find the address you give them or even call you.

23/07/2025: We've been frequenting this restaurant nestled in the Penna forest for years, always appreciating its quality. This year, despite the low attendance, we noticed a decline in the quality of the service and products. The sausage, which we usually order, was tough, dry, and overly salty. The portion of fries was meager, and the apple pie, which I particularly enjoy, was hard, burnt, and not very fresh. My husband described it as "mummified," which best sums it up. Typically, a platter for two includes bread and condiments for two. On this occasion, however, the bread was sparse, the salad dressing was insufficient, and the sauces for the sausages were missing. We had to specifically request them, receiving only one sachet for two portions. Salt was also scarce, and we had to ask for more. During lunch, we had to repeatedly get up from the table to ask for what was needed. We usually visit this restaurant several times during our vacations in the area. This year, due to the disappointment with the quality of the service and products, we preferred not to return and opted for another solution.

19/07/2025: I stopped for a coffee during a motorcycle ride. The location was beautiful, surrounded by greenery and well-equipped for outdoor dining.

15/06/2025: I really love this place, they have a huge range of vermouth and the bartender really knows what he's doing with it. He makes up all kinds of vermouth spritzer concoctions , very creative with a traditional drink. I'm glad I'm here for 3 days I can work my way through the metre of bottles of Vermouth. It's also nice and quiet here.

19/07/2025: Ristorante casalingo, ben illuminato. Nuovo accogliente, ampi parcheggi. Servizio veloce e puntuale. Staff gentile, servizievole, con il sorriso e simpatici. Ravioli al ragù, fiorentine e angus abbondanti ben cotte e caldissime. Patatine a volontà e verdure grigliate. Tutto bagnato da un ottimo vino rosso Montepulciano.
