Nuova Santapizza Pinseria Brasserie

09/06/2026: Located on the edge of the historic center, yet easily reached on foot after a short and pleasant stroll, this little place was a delightful discovery for me. The pinsa is excellent; I recommend the one with zucchini and stracchino cheese, and there are many tasty options to choose from. The beer list is interesting and not boring. Excellent music selection. The apple strudel is also good. The staff is helpful and friendly. In short, if Sestri Levante had already won me over, now I know where to go for a good pinsa when, hopefully soon, I return.

23/04/2026: Out of the way place with great food and good prices. Try the ravioli with short ribs. The steak was also amazing.
11/04/2026: The atmosphere is refined and welcoming. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The cuisine offers excellent dishes. I highly recommend it.
