Excellent stay!
The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The mattress is excellent, providing a truly above-average level of sleep. The breakfast is complete, with everything you need, and high-quality, always fresh products. The on-site parking is also convenient, a detail that's not a given and much appreciated. The real added value, however, is the staff: extremely kind, helpful, and professional, always ready to make guests feel at ease. An absolutely positive experience, highly recommended.

A great place with a delightful and friendly staff.
We arrived at 11:00 AM in the rain and were allowed into our room, even though check-in was set for 4:00 PM.
They recommended places to visit in the area (everything is within walking distance) and offered delicious coffee. For the price, it's probably the best I've found in my years of traveling.

I stayed one night and had a great time. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but in my room I found a fridge with water and a kettle for herbal teas. A charming and evocative villa.
Clean, friendly staff, spacious room. The bathroom could use a makeover, as could some of the furnishings, but overall it's excellent value for money.
Very convenient and close to the hospital. I recommend it.

Beautiful villa in the heart of Lavagna, short distance from the station and the beach, city centre.
Comfortable, impeccably clean and with excellent breakfast.
The best thing though is undoubtably the staff, attentive, friendly and overall excellent.
I’d recommend to anyone to enjoy the Ligurian coast and Cinque terre nearby

What a beautiful place — we had the most wonderful weekend.
Everything about it is great: the rooms, the breakfast and the owners. I wouldn’t change a single thing and will be coming back every time I visit Liguria.

Cool villa hotel. Very nice, especially in the evening for a bottle of good wine. The rooms are simple but functional. Centrally located and convenient. We'd love to come back. Viva Lavagna!

It's a beautiful place, beautifully decorated with taste and discretion. The welcome is warm and attentive. Ideally located; 5 minutes from the highway and a 10-minute walk from the old town center and the beaches. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The high ceilings make you feel like you're sleeping in a palace.
This place is highly recommended and worth a visit.
