I called to book some ravioli that I would buy in the evening, they also recommended a sauce to go with it. It was all delicious! The ravioli we chose were with artichokes with a delicate and light tomato sauce, I definitely recommend them! They sell many types of fresh pasta including nettle ravioli, meat and borage ravioli, pumpkin ravioli, vegetable ravioli, spinach and ricotta ravioli, trofie and tortellini. The sauces available are pesto, tomato, fish, meat sauce, walnut pesto. You can also buy delicatessen products such as vegetable pies and lasagne, but also bread, focaccia, pizza and minestrone. For 4 people just over a kg of ravioli including sauce: 27 euros

Good fresh pasta, shame about the use of garlic which can be annoying for those who don't like it.

It's mouth-watering. You have to try and realize the delicacies.

As usual, an annual visit to Genoa is a must. Taken by the nostalgia of traveling around some areas dear to me among childhood and family memories, we were looking for a pasta factory where we could buy pesto, to stock up on it and savor the goodness of this typical Ligurian sauce. We come across this pasta factory/baker behind the Terralba market, kindness and courtesy have been the greatest business card, the shop window is very inviting from the focaccias, sauces and types of pasta even to ingredients other than the great classics, synonymous with great care and attention to everyone's tastes. Having purchased the pesto, we try it with the typical trofie, exceptional! Great applause for the transparency of not adding preservatives. Really satisfied and definitely coming back to stock up on pesto and try the pasta.
