We had a great dinner here - the best meal we had during our trip. Our waitress Phoebe went out of her way to help translate most of the menu to us which was really nice & delivered amazing service. The steak and cacio e pepe were delicious, as well as the ricotta dessert. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I are in love with this restaurant. We've come several times for the fantastic Tuscan platter and the amazing Chianina beef. Everything was perfect, delicious food, and a wide selection of wines, both Tuscan and non-Tuscan. The owner makes you feel at home. Highly recommended. I look forward to the warmer months so we can eat outside on the street again.

Wide selection of red and white wines, and sparkling wines. Appetizers include a selection of Tuscan cured meats and cheeses. Typical Tuscan first courses and Tuscan second courses. Excellent, top-quality meat. Very tasty and beautifully presented. All ingredients are genuine and succulent. Abundant desserts. The owners are kind, friendly, and respectful of their customers. If you drop a handkerchief, they'll replace it immediately; that's never happened to any other restaurant. The place is clean, comfortable, well-organized, and punctual.

21/11/2025: A small bistro in an alley next to the main square! The main room has 6 tables! Perfect for breakfast, lunch, and aperitifs! The menu offers sandwiches, salads, meat tartare, one fish dish, and burgers! The bill for one person with an entree, a glass of wine, water, coffee, and a dessert came to 27 euros! The crowd is local! A regular spot for lunch!
29/10/2025: Lunches at this restaurant are absolutely delicious: the location on Vico San Matteo, in the heart of Genoa's historic center, and the stylish interior are a winning combination. The staff is very friendly (they allow for personal variations on the dishes), and the menu is excellent: the Papavero salad with turkey, tomatoes, poppy seeds, walnuts, and burrata—requested as a substitute for mozzarella—is delicious, as are the sandwiches. The various soups or minestrone with legumes in the winter are also delicious, as are the various desserts available from time to time. The price is truly reasonable for the quality of the food. Highly recommended!

Ristorante dell'Hotel Villa Edera E la Torretta

10/05/2026: An amazing hotel where the attention to detail is second to none . From the home made cakes ,kefir and oat milk at breakfast to the cocktails and stunning fish in the evening . The hosts made you feel so cared for and it was a truely relaxing ,inspiring and joyous stay . I urge anyone wanting to see this part of the world to stay in this peaceful paradise (only 5 minute walk to the station ) and enjoy the area . We will definitely be back
