04/05/2025: Cari arrabbiati!!! Abbiamo fatto colazione in 3 prendendo 3 cappuccini e 2 brioches ai cereali, dentro erano vuote senza farcitura sedendoci al tavolino. Conto 13.60....più di 4 euro a testa.....e sia il cappuccino che era tutta schiuma e la brioche nulla di che.

02/05/2025: Ci accomodiamo all'esterno ma notiamo che si scocciano di spostarci le sedie ed un tavolino all'ombra, sotttolineando che il sole non e' di agosto (quindi tollerabile). Lasciando perdere questa uscita infelice del cameriere ci accomodiamo, chi all'ombra chi al sole. Prendiamo snack diversi... peccato che non ci fosse nulla di quanto richiesto. Focaccia finita, gelato "non e' periodo ci rispondono" ...assurdo a 25 gradi all'ombra e al mare il gelato non e' di stagione? Allora non portateci nemmeno il menu con l'elenco di tutti i gusti! Ovviamente nemmeno l'altro ordine avevano, che era il frappe', essendo fatto di gelato. Optiamo per un altro dolce... non c'era nemmeno quello.... Ripieghiamo tristemente su qualche bevanda. All'arrivo della cameriera con i nostri ordini dice: "c'e' tutto?" Ci veniva da ridere... non c'e' niente!! Provvedete a rifornire il negozio, e' impensabile che in centro a Genova di domenica pomeriggio non abbiate NULLA!

12/07/2025: I usually go get it and have always had a decent experience, but last night was a truly disastrous experience. The calzone was unpresentable and absolutely lacking in ingredients and flavor. The fries were boiled, not fried, tasteless and inedible. I don't know what happened, but if this is the service, I'm afraid I'll change my takeout place.

30/11/2025: Terrible place, table €35 without even a bracelet and drink €12 absurd, I dropped it and they didn't even replace it, scandalous

24/11/2025: I'll start by saying it's not my kind of music, and I went here for a party with friends. The line to get in is a bit long, but it moves quickly, there are several steps, and security is good. The coat check line, on the other hand, is long and chaotic for no reason, too messy, and the wait times are incredibly long. Drink prices are obviously high. I don't judge the music because it's not my kind of music. I don't know if it was too crowded the night I went, but there's constant jostling and you can't sit still and enjoy the evening for more than two minutes. Could be much improved.

12/07/2025: Tenía muchas ganas de comer en este lugar durante nuestra visita a Santa Margherita porque parecía súper lindo y el menú sonaba apetitoso. Revisé su horario tan temprano en el día para asegurarme de que llegaríamos a tiempo para la cena. Cuando llegamos pedí una mesa para dos en mi mejor Italiano. Una mujer de pelo corto nos ofreció una pequeña mesa en la parte trasera del restaurante, justo al lado de la ruidosa cocina, pero respetuosamente la rechacé y esperé unos minutos para ver si se liberaba otra mesa. Cuando una pareja se levantó y se fue, pregunté si podíamos tener esa mesa, en Italiano, e hice una señal por si acaso mi pronunciación no era clara. Las mujeres me dijeron: “no, estamos llenos”. Le reiteré que acababan de irse y que una mesa estaba vacía, y la mujer me gritó en Italiano “¡Estamos llenos!”, nos ahuyentó y me dio la espalda. Nunca he sido tan profundamente irrespetado por alguien en el sector de servicios, nunca ni en ningún país. Terminamos yendo al restaurante de fusión Japonés al otro lado de la calle, que era delicioso, asequible y tenía un excelente servicio al cliente. Te recomiendo ir allí en su lugar.

29/06/2025: Leckeres Essen in einem authentischen kleinen Restaurant, sehr freundlicher Service. Pasta wie wir sie uns wünschen, als ob die italienische Mamma am Herd steht. Tolles FRITTO MISTO!!! Sehr zu empfehlen!!

09/04/2025: Ci siamo fermati su consiglio di un amico ligure per mangiare la focaccia al formaggio , devo dire che mai sosta fu più gradita !!!!!! Favolosa unica , cotta in forno a legna con farciture varie . Vale il viaggio .

29/03/2025: Con delle amiche abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per tre alle ore 21. Arrivate puntali davanti al locale, ce ne siamo dovute andare in quanto ancora alle 21:40 i tavoli erano tutti occupati e c’erano tantissime persone in attesa fuori. Nonostante avessimo chiesto più volte spiegazioni nessuno si è preoccupato di darci il tavolo. Non torneremo mai più

24/09/2025: Introduction: Lunch delivery via Just Eat. An overall negative experience due, in my opinion, to the restaurant's dishonest and inappropriate behavior. They didn't specify lunchtime closures for their Oregina address on the delivery app (probably to avoid losing local customers during that time slot). Therefore, the food arrived cold, as the drive from Sampierdarena was much longer than I'd anticipated. Furthermore, there was a 30-minute delay compared to the delivery time. The food wouldn't have been bad if it hadn't (obviously) arrived cold and a bit rubbery; I had to reheat it and pan-fry it to eat lunch. The restaurant should have had a chance to notify me of the distance and the issue, as they called to inform me of a necessary change to my order. In general, not recommended...

19/07/2025: The sandwiches were good, even though they arrived cold. Ordered at 8:00 PM, delivered at 10:00 PM... a bit late with a lot of bounces! We accept the delivery driver's apologies, but next time I'll pick them up.

21/10/2025: Quality pizza. Prices are a little higher than average, but the quality of the ingredients is evident.

13/11/2025: The coffee is good, but unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired. We entered and greeted the staff, but no one even glanced at us or greeted us back. We sat down and had to wait about 20 minutes before we could order, even though the place wasn't crowded. The feeling was one of little attention to the customer and poor organization. It's a shame, because the place has potential: a little more courtesy and attention to the customer experience would really make a difference.

11/10/2025: In a company, especially a large one like Ikea, the difference is made by people. We were fortunate to find Ms. Annalisa in the wardrobe department in Genoa. She was helpful, kind, and above all knowledgeable. She assisted and advised us quickly and expertly, giving us targeted and comprehensive advice for our needs. We need more people like her. 28/10/2025: the best focaccia in portofino in my opinion! cheap, delicious and served by friendly staff, there was even a little seating area outside upon which to devour it! no pictures, too delicious to wait!

25/10/2025: Terrible service. Only one lady working, glued to her phone the whole time, completely ignoring customers. She forgot to say hello or thank you. Honestly, even a random fast-food place in the U.S. would treat you better. It’s way too expensive for what you get. Hardly any choice on the menu either. Definitely not worth it.

03/06/2025: La ubicación es agradable. A pesar de que hice una reserva dos semanas antes de que nos sentáramos en una mesa bajo el sol, pedimos también sentarse en una mesa cercana, pero nos dijeron que es una mesa para tres. Pocos minutos después una pareja sin ninguna reserva se sentó allí. La señora gerente / propietario a cargo era muy grosero y desagradable. El servicio y la comida eran promedio, la relación calidad-precio era baja, incluso para Portofino.

27/05/2025: Después de dos comidas anteriores decepcionantes en Portofino, buscamos el restaurante más inteligente con el menú más imaginativo, en una ubicación fabulosa, para disfrutar realmente de nuestra última noche en este hermoso pueblo. O’Magazin marcó todas las casillas y nos sentamos junto al agua con personal amable, buen vino (a 20€ por copa) y una deliciosa cesta de pan con aceite. Estábamos emocionados de que nuestra comida llegara. Y entonces los buenos tiempos terminaron. Tal vez deberíamos haber adivinado cuando no nos preguntaron cómo se cocinaría el bistec. El filete llegó nadando en una cantidad ridícula de salsa y acompañado de nada ni siquiera adorno. Así que rápidamente pedimos un poco de fritas que llegaron rápidamente y apenas cubrieron el fondo del plato. El filete estaba tan duro que raspamos la salsa para mirarlo y estaba gris, casi nacarado. Con retrospectiva deberíamos haber enviado de vuelta, pero en realidad estábamos tratando de tener una experiencia gastronómica satisfactoria. Mis propios medallones de atún también fueron asfixiados en salsa / aceite con tomates y aceitunas. El atún estaba demasiado cocido y había reposado demasiado tiempo antes de ser servido. Ninguno de los dos hizo ningún progreso con nuestra comida y pagó la cuenta y se fue. El personal sonriente y alegre y la hermosa ubicación no compensaron la peor comida que he encontrado. La factura era escandalosa con frituras a 12€ por persona. Acepto que debería haberme quejado mientras estaba en el restaurante, pero la mala comida en Portofino me había desgastado. Al día siguiente la ciudad se redimió en Portofino Bistro, casi al lado de O’Magazin y estoy feliz de darle una crítica fabulosa.

21/09/2025: The atmosphere and service were excellent, but the food... hard bread, disgusting and unmelted cheese, the menu says one type of cheese and a nice bun and another, a small bug came out of my burger, I'm speechless...

10/10/2025: The staff are friendly and the view is amazing. Other than the poor value for money, there's nothing else to say.

06/10/2025: Well, it's a place that serves food; you can probably find a table. The bread is great, but the food is both small and not very filling, and not very tasty. The tiramisu was good. The pleasure of sitting by the sea with the boats in Portofino watching you go by is, of course, something else entirely.

08/11/2025: We sat down, looked at the menu, and ordered a spritz and two fruit-flavored non-alcoholic drinks, all three with an aperitif. After a 10-minute wait, we were told that the aperitif wasn't available with the non-alcoholic drinks. We pointed out that the menu (see photo) said it was (€7 + €3), that my wife is breastfeeding and can't drink alcohol, and that there are cheaper alcoholic drinks, but nothing. We were told that it was the owner's policy and that they could only serve us an aperitif. At this point, annoyed by the menu's disregard and the manifest illogicality, we got up and left.

24/10/2025: Coffee the way it should be made. That alone is worth the detour.

06/12/2025: Coffee for €2.40, and of terrible quality too. Disgraceful.

30/09/2025: The worst Chinese food I have ever had. Tasteless, weird, almost no wegetables, funny tasting chicken. I threw most of it away
