03/10/2025: Excellent decor. To my surprise, the latte was less than 2 euros. Seeing the location, I thought it would be more expensive. It seems they bake their own food. They have very attractive and appetizing products.

27/09/2025: Extremely rude, a 40-year Panarello customer, I asked on Saturday morning for a small Panarello cake with zabaglione for the next day. Nothing particularly strange, the classic cake with the classic filling (which they always have in single portions), no strange request, simply one of their classics. Nothing, "you can order, but without the filling." Click. Maybe I should have called a week in advance? I'm speechless; a bakery that supplies so many stores just couldn't make a cake for 6 people with their classic filling. Too little notice, perhaps, or too small. Zero professionalism. Too bad that at another store in the center I was told it's unacceptable that the bakery can't prepare a filled cake if ordered the day before... make an agreement and be more polite with customers. The filled cake is finished. I bet if I'd ordered it from Panarello in Milan they'd have made it for me.

The choice fell on shrimp noodle soup, a dish that, despite its apparent nominal simplicity, actually conceals a structural complexity worthy of far more elaborate gastronomic presentations. The broth, clear but not lean, presented itself as an amber liquid, tinged with subtle warm reflections, its vapor carrying a layered aroma: marine notes, vegetal nuances, a delicate savory touch that didn't overwhelm the sense of smell, but discreetly invited it. It almost seemed as if every aromatic molecule had been carefully cultivated before reaching the nose. The noodles, dipped in with orderly ease, revealed a remarkably precisely calibrated texture: neither yielding nor stubbornly elastic, but suspended in that rare zone of balance where the tooth neither fights nor sinks, but rather communicates. 24/01/2026: A culinary experience for simple palates yet with exquisite flavors. Opening my wallet was a graceful gesture, light on my financial soul. The portion served to me at the noble stroke of 9 p.m. was a humble noodle soup, accompanied by shrimp from our Italian waters, steaming with passion and flavor. The staff accomplished the noble act of cooking for my very hungry mouth in the quickest and most friendly manner, bringing me closer to the beauty and surprising culture of the East with every bite. With each worthy dish, the chef, highly trained in his profession, gracefully and elegantly pairs a vast selection of perfectly chilled beverages, which accomplish the supreme feat of completing my meal with a touch of freshness and personal satisfaction. I highly recommend this restaurant to gentlemen unsure of where to satisfy their gluttony. Amidst the chaos of our beloved river, it takes you to a little corner of paradise.

15/02/2026: We had lunch as a couple at this agriturismo and were very satisfied. The location is stunning with a splendid view of Riva Trigoso and the entire coast. The food is truly delicious, the portions are generous, and the prices are absolutely fair. The service is simple and homely, and therefore welcoming: the waiter was very helpful, making us feel at ease throughout the lunch. We recommend this place to anyone looking for good food, a family atmosphere, and excellent value.

08/03/2026: €1.20 for coffee, he initially gave me a small cup with 2 drops of coffee, he then added more because I asked him to, but it's ridiculous to give me 2 drops of coffee justifying it as an espresso, as if that wasn't enough the teaspoons were dirty

10/03/2025: Absolutely disgusting food. The seafood rice tasted like a zucchini risotto. The chaufa tasted like anything but chaufa. The tamale was dry, colorless, and lifeless. The Huancaina-style potato was salty and tasteless. The stuffed potato was 50% potato, and the chef will have to say the rest. In conclusion, expensive, unpleasant dishes that don't represent my country, since we Peruvians are known for putting emotion into what we do. The food was completely bland, and it's a shame that people try these dishes that call themselves Peruvian. It's lamentable. Thank you.

19/07/2025: Sono anni che frequento saltuariamente questa pizzeria e l’ho sempre considerata ottima tanto da consigliarla spesso ad amici e conoscenti. Purtroppo ho dovuto ricredermi. Io e altri amici abbiamo preso delle pizze da asporto e purtroppo la mia Parmigiana, così come quella di un’altra persona che aveva ordinato la stessa pizza, era quasi immangiabile: salatissima. Non so se sia stato un incidente nella preparazione delle melanzane o cosa, ma non siamo riusciti a finirla. Inoltre la pasta sottilissima ( e questo non è un problema, ma una caratteristica di quel posto) era gommosa. Da una delle mie pizzerie preferite a Genova non me lo sarei aspettato. Una pizza peraltro pagata 15€. Anche le pizze degli altri nostri amici, sebbene, per carità, mangiabii, non erano all’altezza del solito standard. Cosa è successo? Cosa è cambiato?Una delusione e un grande dispiacere davvero. Peccato.

04/07/2025: Sono stato con amici per mangiare la pizza ,il servizio è veloce e gentile ,ma la pizza ,sottile va bene ma non secca asciutta ,io l’ho presa con porchetta e friarielli senza formaggi sciolti e difficile da mangiare e comunque non calda come appena uscita dal forno in più chicca finale , la birra calda 😬

04/10/2025: Usually, not bad. However, if you write "baked pasta" on the menu, I expect to eat traditional baked pasta, not baked pasta with lentils, tomato, and mozzarella. That's incorrect. You should always specify the ingredients; you should know that! Between intolerances and allergies, the risk is high.

10/08/2025: Expensive, crowded, chaotic, and lacking service. Long wait to order, limited selection of pizza by the slice, and poor quality. The pizza wasn't even served on a tray, but with a piece of paper in hand. No napkin.

21/12/2025: Today I went to McDonald's at the Piazza Principe train station in Genoa to eat with my family. While looking for a place to sit and dine, I noticed a lot of mess and dirt, both on the tables and in the bins for throwing away sandwich boxes, etc. This is one of the locations in Italy of one of the world's best-known fast-food chains. Unfortunately, with this poor hygiene, we don't give tourists, who come to visit this beautiful city, a good impression of the staff and the kind of people we are. The problem starts both with those who consume and those who manage, so it would be better to adopt regular hygiene measures.

10/12/2025: Terrible experience. I'd been there since 8:53 and asked a clerk if they were open because I wanted to order a McMuffin for breakfast. She told me they open at 9, but I had a train at 9:18, so I waited patiently. At 9, I went to the cashier to order, and everything was still dark. They only managed to get me to order at 9:10. Of course, I'd already told them I was in a hurry, and they didn't care. At 9:16, they were still telling me to wait a minute. Of course, I left without my breakfast, even though I'd paid €3.50 for it. I didn't want to cause any anxiety initially, because I respect the people who work there, and I've worked with customers myself, but in this case, there was a complete lack of concern, both in charging me and in the preparation. If there are set times to make a McMuffin (very simple) and you know it takes more than 5 minutes, let me know and I won't pay. I would like to file a complaint for a refund but unfortunately I left the receipt at the cashier when I left.

08/03/2026: A very disappointing experience. We came for lunch with high expectations, but unfortunately the service was terrible. The owner immediately appeared rude and unprofessional, even abusing the staff in front of customers, which was truly unpleasant to see.

04/01/2026: We went to this bar for breakfast and were quite disappointed by Genovesi. It's a very beautiful and quaint bar, but it's a shame about the exorbitant prices, the average products that don't even remotely justify the price, the countless signs stating they don't accept card payments (absurd these days), and the unfriendly staff. We definitely won't be returning and we don't recommend it.

03/01/2026: Very popular place, nice atmosphere, although it's not my kind of bar, as the seating isn't particularly comfortable due to the small, low tables. Good quality, medium-high prices.

21/01/2026: Bar Mariuccia is perfectly located to enjoy the lively atmosphere of Portofino Square. There are no reservations, so it’s best to arrive a bit early to secure an outdoor table and take in the views and scenes around you. We stopped by for an aperitivo, which we really enjoyed. We didn’t try the food, but the experience and setting alone made it worth the visit.

28/10/2025: wonderful views, right in the heart of the harbour, with suitably strong aperol spritz! be warned, if you are budgeting this place may not be for you, but if you can afford it, this is a wonderful way to enjoy portofino!

30/07/2025: CoverCharge to sit down not even mentioned? Hidden charges....This is a RipOff bad example of a place to visit. Go elsewhere as we had to $5 glasses of wine which is all we wanted and made us buy Caprese. Over $100 Euro. Charged $12 cover charge per person & a 10% tip on the cover charge, LOL, plus other fees. We basically paid $100 Euro for two glasses of wine & bread. Bad experience for Portofino

15/10/2025: Excellent bakery in Albaro, well-stocked, from sweet pastries to all types of focaccia and pizza. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food and value for money.
