11/10/2025: Ordered takeout, the pizza was burned in many places, and within an hour of eating it, I began experiencing abdominal pain and severe bloating, which isn't something I normally experience since I'm not intolerant to gluten or other known ingredients. For these reasons, I strongly advise against this pizzeria.
29/09/2025: We've been going to this pizzeria for years, and it never loses its charm! Everything is perfect.

04/09/2025: The pizza is also good, except that sometimes you call them at 9:15 PM during the week and they tell you they're no longer doing takeout or anything else because they're closed... it's happened more than once. When I order takeout, they sometimes take a little while, but not too long... the only flaw is they don't have POS terminals in the back, but that can be fixed.
The real flaw is that the other time, after I went there myself and ordered at 9:00 PM and told them I was coming down, I waited over 40 minutes. Only to find out that out of three pizzas, they'd made just one (Carbonara + Chips), and the four-cheese pizza with sausage and spicy salami was incomplete... but the funny thing is that a friend of mine had ordered "White pizza with sausage, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, arugula" (and other ingredients I can't remember now). We received two pizzas: one white with just stracchino and cherry tomatoes and one red pizza with just mushrooms... we noticed this at home and after waiting almost an hour, we skipped it... but we definitely won't buy again, despite ourselves... good pizzas. The staff was also friendly... but every time there's a problem. I'm sorry, I only give a lot of stars to the pizzas; for the rest, one star is way too many.

11/06/2025: Abbiamo preso 3 focacce a testa per circa 7 euro, buone, che dire, belle unte, sottili ma cariche.
Ci hanno servito in fretta e con garbo, le ragazze a bancone sono state gentili e simpatiche, peccato non ci siano posti a sedersi nei dintorni ma è pur sempre una forneria
20/05/2025: Una delle focaccerie più note nel centro cittadino, prodotti vari e molto buoni. Servizio veloce, ben gestito anche nelle ore di punta.

You'll find a bit of everything, including non-food items: bread, cheese, meat, fish, everything fresh and all brands. Knowledgeable staff.
03/10/2025: Review update: It's a shame the butcher and fish counters were closed. Considering all the supermarkets in the area, they made a difference.
I'm going down from 3 stars to one, and if it were possible, I'd give it 0. It's absurd that the deli counter doesn't allow purchases at 8:15 PM when they close at 9 PM. When I asked if I could purchase cured meats, the extremely rude reply was that the machine had already been cleaned... An hour earlier? If the staff want to leave early, change the time... or even better, change the staff!

14/06/2025: Abbiamo notato il titolare fare del sarcasmo letteralmente alle spalle di un cliente che indugiava davanti al frigo dei gelati. Una scena come questa non solo si scontra con le tante foto autocelebrative sulla parete ma fa davvero dubitare sul rispetto che si dovrebbe avere nei confronti del cliente. Per il resto abbiamo ordinato delle focacce che non hanno incontrato il nostro gusto. Lo consiglio a chi ricerca un locale con tavoli ed aria condizionata vicino l'università.
09/06/2025: Disfrutamos de un almuerzo casual en un par de ocasiones en HB Café, tanto como era conveniente para nuestro hotel, el personal era muy amable y lo más importante, la comida era buena. A la llegada nos sentaron rápidamente y nos dieron menús. Había un montón de platos para elegir, pero seleccionamos una sabrosa pizza de anchoa para tener con nuestro Campari Spritz. Había una opción de sentarse dentro o fuera de la calle - lado; nos sentamos fuera para ver el "desfile de paso". Los precios eran razonables.

To my surprise, the latte was less than 2 euros.
Seeing the location, I thought it would be more expensive.
It seems they bake their own food.
They have very attractive and appetizing products.
27/09/2025: Extremely rude, a 40-year Panarello customer, I asked on Saturday morning for a small Panarello cake with zabaglione for the next day. Nothing particularly strange, the classic cake with the classic filling (which they always have in single portions), no strange request, simply one of their classics. Nothing, "you can order, but without the filling." Click.
Maybe I should have called a week in advance? I'm speechless; a bakery that supplies so many stores just couldn't make a cake for 6 people with their classic filling. Too little notice, perhaps, or too small. Zero professionalism. Too bad that at another store in the center I was told it's unacceptable that the bakery can't prepare a filled cake if ordered the day before... make an agreement and be more polite with customers. The filled cake is finished. I bet if I'd ordered it from Panarello in Milan they'd have made it for me.

21/11/2025: This focaccia is worth €15? I'd say no. The ingredients are different from the menu, which is a shame because it was a great experience. The pizza is cold, different from what was sold, and definitely overpriced for what was delivered.
31/10/2025: It arrived more than an hour late, the pizza was raw inside and burnt outside, full of flour on top, and the sauce was raw.
