24/08/2025: I had a great experience at this restaurant! The food is exquisite: tasty and beautifully presented. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion in the kitchen. Another strong point is definitely the staff: young, friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They make you feel welcomed and pampered from start to finish, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. A place I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and experience a special moment! I will definitely be back.

20/08/2025: I dined here on Wednesday evening with my wife and two teenage children. The restaurant enjoys a splendid sea view and the location is truly evocative. Unfortunately, however, the experience didn't live up to expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt a somewhat cold welcome, and the service was slow: about ten minutes to receive the menus and another fifteen to place our order. Even our request for a wine recommendation wasn't handled with the helpfulness one would expect in a restaurant of this caliber. The dishes in the kitchen were mixed: the mussels with pepper sauce, the ravioli with ragù, and the Chianina beef burger were all very good, while the panciotti were truly excellent. The calamarata was less successful, served with a "cream" that was too runny, and the dessert was unconvincing, presented as cheesecake but far from the classic versions. I fully understand that it's your reinterpretation... but believe me... I'm the chef of a fairly important restaurant. The bill, €140 for four people, is average, but isn't fully justified by the service received. My real disappointment is that my children felt treated differently than other guests, something that should never happen on a holiday evening. With more attention to hospitality and a few tweaks to the dishes, the restaurant could truly make the most of its splendid location. Because even though the evening wasn't perfect, I remain convinced that with more attention to the customer, regardless of dress or other considerations, this restaurant could offer unforgettable experiences.

13/09/2025: We were there this evening; it's not our first time, but we had a great time. We had a bit of a wait to order, but that was understandable given the crowd and the waiters were trying to keep up. Special praise to Lorenzo, who served us politely and courteously! Bravo!

10/09/2025: I ordered a starter, and my partner's meal arrived right afterward. I then had to wait half an hour for it. When I asked for my food, the staff asked me, "Do you want your food now?" Yes, and then my food arrived. The pasta wasn't even close to being al dente and was completely raw. They offered to make me a new portion, but after waiting almost an hour for the food, I was fed up. I really expected more. It's a shame!

24/05/2025: Hemos utilizado este bar durante muchos años, es consistente en todo, buen rollo, servicio fabuloso y una gran selección de bebidas, con una hamburguesa a 8 euros (si te apetece uno! ) - el bar ha dado tanto placer a lo largo de los años y recomendaría totalmente a cualquiera para visitar y disfrutar .

24/07/2025: Sembra di essere in famiglia... Durante il nostro soggiorno a Riomaggiore abbiamo più volte pranzato e cenato alla Trattoria dell'Amore e ne siamo rimaste entusiaste. Il locale è accogliente, con un'atmosfera calda che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Il personale è simpatico, attento e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso, facendoti sentire davvero come a casa. Il cibo è ottimo, preparato con ingredienti di qualità e grande cura, e anche il vino proposto si è rivelato all'altezza delle aspettative. In definitiva, una trattoria dove sembra di essere in famiglia: un’esperienza che consigliamo e che speriamo di ripetere presto! Grazie ancora ragazze! Paola e Chiara

02/09/2025: Very hard melon, really bad pizza, grilled vegetables not grilled, beef tagliata well cooked, Milanese average. The place could be very pleasant, but the atmosphere is oppressive. One pleasant waitress (the oldest), the others make you want to run away.

28/08/2025: We ordered grilled fish and meat, everything was good, the staff was kind and helpful, close to the center. I recommend it.

13/08/2025: Super friendly staff, they waited on us even though we arrived over an hour late due to traffic. Excellent pizzas at a fair price. My intolerances were no problem; I was able to eat a delicious pizza that was gluten-free, lactose-free, and free of histamine-containing vegetables. I even had a second one made for takeout the next day!

10/08/2025: Invited by a local for a group pizza party, we immediately appreciated this place's special attention to celiacs and lactose intolerants, with pizzas specially designed for them. The outdoor space, though not large, allowed us to fully enjoy the evening, featuring a wide selection of pizzas, some of which were original, starting with their names (the Mortazza was excellent). The pizza was cooked perfectly and the thin dough made it very digestible.

25/08/2025: I arrived at opening time on a Sunday evening. The parking lot was almost empty. The (kind) waitresses, after asking if I was alone, said they'd check with the manager, as the place was booked. I waited a good 10 minutes standing in the empty room; when the manager finally arrived, he turned his back on me without even looking at me and had the waitress tell me there was no room. I was then told the place has a reputation for rudeness.

31/07/2025: We wanted to eat out and had chosen the restaurant for that purpose, called, and made a reservation as usual. When we arrived, they didn't know about our reservation. The lady on the phone said she wasn't responsible for that; only the male staff would handle that. Why should that be our problem?! We had called and made a reservation. That was it. Our children were also hungry after the long journey. We were still coldly turned away. That's no way to run a restaurant. Not recommended.

25/08/2025: The rib-eye steak and baked potatoes were excellent. We dined outside and everyone was incredibly friendly. The waitress we ordered dessert from was super nice and friendly! Well done everyone! It's best to book!

05/09/2025: "We're closing," we were told, 1 hour and 20 minutes before the venue's actual closing time, as indicated on the website. This was unacceptable, especially given the crowded promenade and a concert that had just finished in the square adjacent to the venue.
