I haven't eaten this well in a restaurant for a long time.
The stewed baby octopus was sublime, I entered a state of trance thanks to the perfectly drawn sauce combined with the softness of the octopus.
All accompanied by a glass of bubbles which upon arrival revealed itself to be a tub of alcoholic pleasure. Thanks for the generous dosage 💞
The gnocchi with pesto alternating with the fish ravioli allowed us to continue the journey.
The common thread of the experience is a stellar oil, poured in abundant quantities on every surface of the dish.
Sweet conclusion trio of desserts. Chantilly cream and mouth-watering cat tongues.

The place is truly picturesque, inside an old oil mill, still present inside.
The main room is set in a truly evocative context of masonry vaults.
The mostly Ligurian cuisine offers tasty and beautifully presented dishes.
The pesto is exceptional.
The desserts are delicious, especially the chestnut tiramisu.
Courteous and helpful staff.
Value for money, good.
We will definitely return to try other dishes.

Abbiamo preso due antipasti, uno misto della casa e una panissa, due primi ( ravioli ), una bottiglia di vino bianco e abbiamo diviso un dolce. La qualità non viene messa in discussione, anche l’ambiente non è male, rustico al punto giusto . Però siamo nell’ entroterra ligure, in un posto dove non ci passi ma devi venire apposta, per trovare un certo tipo di cucina si fa tutto volentieri, ma per quello che abbiamo mangiato, secondo me 93 euro è un po’ esagerato.
