16/08/2025: Good pizza, the lady was kind and helpful. It's a shame the girl at the tables questionably turned us and another couple away this evening. I understand it's crowded, but we weren't in a hurry, we would have waited...
This way, they lose customers, among other things, local residents... Disappointed.

19/06/2025: Ambiente accogliente, ma purtroppo tutto si è rivelato una presa in giro. Menu fisso a 35€, senza possibilità di scelta (se non per due secondi). Se si salta una portata lo sconto è minimo (3 euro). Pesce povero. Coperto e bevande fuori dal menù. Vino carissimo. Alla fine per due antipasti, un primo un secondo e un dolce abbiamo speso 78 euro. Da ittiturismo semplice di qualche anno fa, ora è diventato un posto per turisti ignari.

30/08/2025: Great food. Special star for the ravioli borragine, trofi ale archi (with calamari), roast beef. Also homemade desserts were delightful (crostata, tiramisù and pana cotta). Very friendly staff- service is not rushed and you can enjoy your time under the village arches. Recommend to book ahead.
19/08/2025: Terrible restaurant, rude owner or manager, terrible food. And it seems like they overdid it. The à la carte menu is awful, expensive, and has very little choice. Absolutely zero rating.

11/08/2025: If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I would. Excellent hospitality, cleanliness, and delicious food. The quality/price ratio is perfect. Parking is close by. Truly noteworthy. THANK YOU. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

06/09/2025: Lovely setting with lots of potential, however the whole service staff are rude, non interactive & walk away when you’re speaking to them. Ruined the whole vibe to be honest. Maybe it was partially language barrier but the mannerisms need major improvement.

08/09/2025: Are you in Chiavari? Do you love fish? Then definitely visit La Buga. We had a delicious meal and drinks there, and enjoyed the excellent service from Alessandra, Emma, and mega-chef Alessandro. The dishes were beautiful and simple (as usual in Italy).
Go there, you won't regret it!
06/09/2025: Excellent place in every way: incredibly fresh and fabulously cooked fish, extremely friendly staff, well-maintained and clean, and excellent value for money.
Highly recommended.

Superior cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere (on a rainy day), attentive and friendly staff, a wide selection of wines, a carefully prepared seafood menu that captivates you with almost forgotten aromas and flavors, and a price that's adequate for the quality but not excessive. We went to a baptism to order food. The wait was very long. We ordered at 12:00, and the dishes arrived at 1:00 PM.
The food we ate was good.
There were lots of red hornets and wasps.
It's a shame you couldn't exchange names at the table.
The place is very beautiful, and the view is of the sea.
