19/08/2024: Finalmente dopo tre anni di assenza siamo riusciti a tornare ai Bagni Gallo. Che dire, l’accoglienza di Palma e dello staff come sempre ci hanno fatti sentire a casa. La cucina di Germano, se possibile, è ancora migliorata!! Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo sicuramente ogni volta che saremo a Varigotti.

14/08/2024: Il ritorno al lido di Varigotti (ed ai Bagni Gallo in particolare) ci porta ogni anno a contatto con il gastronomico ed enologico duo Germano & Palma, amena & core del ristorante operativo nel corso di tutto il giorno per il piacere e la reale gioia del palato di bagnanti, villeggianti, repeaters and local. Evito di segnalare singole portate ma vi invito a valutare, una volta seduti: materia prima (freschezza e qualità), competenza negli abbinamenti, tecnica, abilità culinaria, innovazione, entusiasmo e sfida costante nel valutare e migliorare. E poi buon appetito!

26/06/2024: Modern and comfortable environment. Mainly Piedmontese cuisine with a slight twist. However, the menu is very diverse and occasionally features fish. Professional and attentive staff, well-stocked cellar with good labels. We'll be back.

20/08/2024: Osteria surrounded by greenery where you can eat local dishes at a good price. Some courses were better than others: the mixed starter was good where a really tasty fried gnocco stood out, the Genoese top was disappointing. In the photo, the coffee affogato, a classic that cannot be missing in this type of restaurant and which made me end dinner satisfied. With €30 each you will wake up well satisfied.

07/08/2024: Una trattoria da scoprire in mezzo al bosco; cibi fatti in casa, personale gentile, ambiente accogliente nel verde. Ci siamo arrivati senza prenotazione ma è meglio farla per assicurarsi il tavolo più arieggiato...amtipati della casa e primi con pasta fatta in casa. Buon rapporto qualita prezzo. Consigliato

25/08/2024: Superlative experience, characteristic trattoria and kind and friendly service in a warm and welcoming environment, typical dishes and honest prices. Soft appetizer cuts that melted in your mouth, the lasagna and mandilli/picagge with pesto were excellent, but above all the desserts, bunet and panna cotta, were great. Generous portions, which never hurts us who aren't crazy about gourmet restaurants from the "and the rest? Did you fall for it?" We will be back, to try the pizza and the terrace overlooking the valley

14/08/2024: Great view from the balcony. But you have to reserve in advance for the few outdoor tables. Unfortunately, the taste of the food was very disappointing compared to other restaurants in the area. There was no sauce with the meat and potatoes. Looked like food from a takeaway. The service wanted us to order necessary appetizers. The whole restaurant is very run down and unkempt. The sinks probably haven't been cleaned for several weeks. The flowers on the balcony had already seen their best days. What a shame!

01/09/2024: Undoubtedly very good food, undoubtedly very kind, friendly and professional. Too bad for the nasty surprise on the receipt where we discovered that everything is an addition, and not an option (the pesto was perhaps half a spoonful). We will return anyway given their quality and friendliness, but be careful.

08/08/2024: Arriving on a Saturday evening after a day in the mountains, they made us sit inside a large table with the tables almost completely full upon our arrival. After ordering through a menu which, in addition to a vast choice of classic pizzas very rich in toppings, offers fried pizzas, i.e. fried square pizzas with the toppings placed on top. Last note, they didn't cause any problems with the dog's entry.

01/08/2024: We came today to order 2 pizzas: a margarita and a pepperoni. We waited for 45 minutes, although it was promised for 30 minutes. We also got two unsliced ​​pizzas when we got home. One of them is a margarita, the other is a margarita with a little chili. Disappointing experience, not recommended.

10/07/2024: Inside it is larger than it appears from the outside: a space with ceiling fans (but the room facing the outside does not have them), no air conditioning. Courteous service and present at the right times. The former are abundant. Fruit salad with ice cream available.

09/07/2024: I celebrated my 50th birthday here! We stayed very well. Family atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Very good pizza! A nice evening!

14/01/2024: Typical restaurant in the center of Imperia where I organized the New Year's Eve dinner, a challenging test in terms of prices and organisation. Passed with full marks. Unbeatable value for money especially considering the date, very kind and helpful staff who knew how to create the right atmosphere and organize the courses to arrive at midnight. Good quality foods.

27/08/2024: Four of us had dinner at the Fish House. The atmosphere on the terrace right by the harbor is nice. The menu was handed to us in German/French without asking whether we might prefer the Italian menu, especially since the conversation had previously taken place in Italian. We ate appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts. The food tasted OK, but signs of food poisoning began a few hours after eating the fish cheesecake. When paying, we were charged for two items that we had not ordered, but the invoice was corrected when we asked. We won't be coming back.

13/08/2024: Posto caratteristico con Dehor vista porto. Cibo buono. Personale gentile ma servizio migliorabile, assenza di ghiaccio per una bottiglia da 375 ml e mancanza di salviette.
