We started with a selection of excellent appetizers, including a fantastic loin of tuna and crispy and flavorful fried cod. The vegetable minestrone with pasta was also very good, with an authentically homemade and flavorful flavor, just like in the olden days. Among the main courses, the Ligurian-style rabbit is absolutely recommended: well-cooked, balanced, and rich in local aromas. Special praise also goes to the young waitress Anna, daughter of the chef-owner, who is very kind and friendly. She also prepares an excellent tart with truly delicious homemade jams 🍰 Ultimately, it's definitely worth the trip up to Le Manie to dine in an authentic and welcoming 1980s atmosphere, with sincere and family-style cuisine. All this for around €35 ​​per person, absolutely commendable for the quality offered. A highly recommended alternative to the troffie and fish down in Varigotti.
