17/08/2025: We went there twice this week and had pizza to go. Very good service, and the short wait was easily passed with a beer. The pizza has a nice, thin crust and a fruity sauce – compliments!

04/08/2025: Uns wurde das Restaurant von unserem Host empfohlen, wir waren nur 2 Nächte in Leivi und beide davon in diesem Lokal essen, der Kellner war sehr nett und konnte toll englisch. Die Pizza war die beste, die wir jemals gegessen haben, aus diesem Grund sind wir auch beide Tage hingegangen und haben auch leider kein anderes Gericht außer Dessert probiert.

13/08/2025: Good selection. Average ingredients. Very friendly staff. Too bad the outdoor seating is right under the road... Head up to planter height... I'm curious to try the all-you-can-eat crepes, but they only do it in winter, so we'll be back.

13/07/2025: Excellent gelato shop, with a wide selection of artisanal flavors made with the freshest ingredients. The real star, however, is the panera gelato: creamy, enveloping, with that perfect balance of coffee and cream that makes it simply irresistible. Friendly service, clean and welcoming atmosphere. A little gem you'll gladly return to, especially on hot days. Highly recommended!

20/08/2025: I don't understand how you can give 5-star ratings when you have to spend around €60 per person to have a satisfying (not gorging) dinner, and then (as other reviews have said) because the receipt doesn't list the itemized fare, but rather a set menu. However, eating out has become a luxury like so many other things; this race to the top doesn't benefit anyone, especially the end consumer—us. We don't realize that everything has increased and is continuing to increase, and all this does nothing but impoverish us.

14/08/2025: The pappardelle with tomatoes, pine nuts, and calamari was truly excellent. Friendly staff...they set up a table for us at short notice...the atmosphere was casual and pleasant. Fair prices.

05/09/2025: Nice ambiance, friendly service, and unusual but very tasty pizzas. Prices are a bit expensive by Italian standards, but absolutely reasonable. Beautiful view over the city and a large outdoor area.

03/09/2025: Dinner for 4 on Saturday, August 23rd. I come to this wonderful place as soon as I can. Margherita and her sisters is my choice, my place. I've been going here for years; it used to be a renowned restaurant. The pizzas are unbeatable, the only ones that don't leave me feeling bloated the next day. The high quality of the food offered isn't the only reason Margherita remains my favorite place. The owner, Barbara, is fantastic, very attentive to everything, and remembers all her loyal customers. The location is well-kept, the atmosphere intimate. Outdoors in the summer is great because you'll get good food, cool air, and no mosquitoes... yes, they've even thought about keeping those pesky insects away naturally. The well-kept garden, the lights, and the view are wonderful. In winter, you'll still find a warm atmosphere. The interior is also well-maintained and decorated in a very personal, unpretentious way. I read that some customers complain about prices that aren't in line with other pizzerias, but Margherita and her sisters are reductive in calling it a pizzeria; it's much more. It's choosing to eat a quality pizza, hard to compare to other pizzas, in a unique location. In an intimate atmosphere with a view of the city, You're welcomed by friendly staff, always available to answer any questions. Try the steamed pizzas. The desserts are also delicious. I had the Coppa d'Oro, chocolate meringues and black cherries, served in a large square glass bowl. Excellent! Thanks, Barbara, thank you, staff. We were a 10, as always.

07/09/2025: The atmosphere, though simple, offers the best farinata in the area. The fish dishes, prepared with the freshest catch, are particularly popular. This is a traditional restaurant, true to its roots and free of superfluous technological elements.

03/09/2025: A truly special place, a little small, you have to adapt a little to the spaces but still welcoming... as for the food I can say that in addition to an exceptional farinata you also eat excellent fish dishes... Highly recommended!!!!

28/08/2025: We showed up very late for lunch and they welcomed us without any problems. Our two little girls needed to eat and be changed, which took a bit of time, but they waited on us and made us feel very welcome. Top service and truly excellent food! Highly recommended!
