01/04/2025: Beautiful location, typical dishes of the Ligurian hinterland expertly prepared by the chef and owner Barbara, delicious appetizers, fried rabbit morsels, flan, tarts, polenta... the first and second courses certainly not to be outdone, all served by Marco, Barbara's husband and owner, excellent evening, excellent food, excellent company... 5 stars are the minimum... highly recommended...

01/04/2025: Con un'amica vengo saltuariamente in questo locale nel centro di Pegli. Che dire, tutte le volte lo stesso effetto, vorresti possedere tutti gli oggetti e i fiori esposti all'ingresso e nel corridoio. All'interno si svela una caffetteria e anche alcuni piatti, oggi abbiamo pranzato con gateau di patate e cheese cake, tutto molto buono. Cercate posto nel giardino nascosto, una delizia. Da provare e ritornarci, ciao

27/03/2025: Small family-run restaurant. Always varied menu with many offers. In season, breaded and fried anchovies are excellent. The pesto made by Barbara is excellent. Lots of regular customers. At noon you just have to wait and they will find a place for you. Excellent prices. I recommend it.

01/01/2025: 10 e lode a questa trattoria ubicata nel borgo di Arnasco. 10 e lode alla cortesia e al servizio della titolare, sempre attenta e puntuale. Per poi passare agli antipasti. Ottimi semplici ma genuini e ben fatti. I ravioli: sublimi. I migliori mai mangiati nell'entroterra ligure. Coniglio e roastbeef caldo top. L'apoteosi si raggiunge con i dolci. Panna cotta e pane del pescatore indimenticabili. Super il tiramisù rivisitato. Una cucina genuina famigliare...fatta con il cuore. Grazie

18/04/2025: Very nice discovery! We were welcomed very kindly. The service and quality of the meals are indisputable. Not knowing which dish to choose, the waiter was very friendly and offered to make me a mix of two dishes. We chose grilled fish with some shrimp and spinach ravioli. Everything is very good, although the portions could have been more generous for better value for money. On the other hand, the wine is very well served! Two entries were also offered to us, which allowed us to discover a specialty of the city of Genoa. For desserts, we were presented with the pie of the day: a crumble-style apple pie; that we chose to taste.. Excellent!! I will go back without hesitation!

07/03/2025: “Ars Vivendi” becomes “la dolce vita” here I don't even know where to start, I was so amazed by my visit to this sweet little restaurant in this sweet little medieval village, which radiates so much charm and joy of life - the same joy of life that you feel in the owner of the restaurant and can also be tasted in the dishes. No lie! We have never eaten such delicious ravioli before and I also speak for my wife, who was so overwhelmed by the taste that she has now sworn off pizza and considers ravioli to be the highlight of Italian cuisine - but she will write a separate review about it. Of course, the portion in the picture does not correspond to the amount served, as we shared a portion and, given all the fascination, I thought of taking a picture of the plate a little too late. Almost as fascinating as the food was the magnificent view from the terrace down to the bay of Laigueglia or, if you sit with your back to the sea, to Colla Micheri, which is no less impressive. PS: Our Alaskan Malamut Anoki has found a new friend here and thanks you again for the delicious roast pieces😊

23/04/2025: Let's start with the good things, the truly excellent meat, cooked well and with the right portion. €35/kg fair and honest price, so no complaints about this. There were 3 of us, one of which was a little girl, so plenty of meat for 2 people (2kg) at €70, too bad the bill was €147. €9 cover charge (2 adults + child), €21 for side dishes (7 euros for a side dish chosen by the owner, where we were given a portion of french fries, a portion of beans and a portion of aubergines... €7 per side seems really a lot to me), €14 for two desserts, good but just the right/small portions (for me, €7 per dessert was excessive). House wine does not exist, to choose the wine you need to look around, there is no list. In more than half of the wines there is no price, we chose one of the wines that cost less (€30 which is still a good price for the wine we drank, very good, but in my opinion it is necessary to at least give some cheaper choices). Overall very good meat, but on the rest really exaggerated prices which make the bill rise with little transparency, €147 for 2 + child, we honestly didn't think of spending this money. I'm very sorry because we ate really well, but I wouldn't go back because good meat can also be found elsewhere, but with more honesty and transparency in the menu and prices.

19/04/2025: Excellent food and very fast service! Typical dishes of Genoese cuisine! But the most beautiful thing is the smile of the waitress (jarisel) We will definitely be back!!!!!

22/04/2025: The restaurant is located 10 minutes from the historic center of Chiavari, a stop is recommended if passing through those parts, location very close to the highway exit. The view of the sea, the nature around and the good food are worth the trip, attentive service and you must try the bavarese and fresh pasta. Recommended for an intimate dinner away from the chaos, the playlist will amaze you!

15/04/2025: I had dinner here with my girlfriend. The place is welcoming and the atmosphere intimate thanks to the few seats and the beautiful furnishings; we had never tasted traditional Ligurian dishes (we had no difficulty choosing the dishes since the menu was accompanied by a legend) and we were pleasantly surprised; the girl who served us was very friendly. We had a wonderful evening, we will definitely be back!

06/04/2025: When we come to Pietra Ligure it is a fixed stop. For lunch (Monday/Saturday) they offer a menu for 15 euros (first course, second course, water and coffee) and an à la carte menu. Pure Ligurian cuisine (particularly appreciated is the rice soup, made as it once was). Every now and then they organize evening events to accompany your dinner.
