11/08/2024: I recently had dinner here, hoping to enjoy a pleasant evening with my husband, but unfortunately the experience was not the most pleasant. The staff were courteous but distracted, our requests for information about the menu were met with vague and unenthusiastic responses. The menu itself had no availability… The food was mediocre. We ordered a variety of dishes, but none really stood out. The quality-price ratio is decidedly negative. The prices are medium-high, but the quality of the food and service absolutely does not justify the expense. There are many other restaurants in the area that offer a much better experience at similar or lower prices. Conclusion: “La Rosa Dei Venti” is not a restaurant that I will recommend to my friends. The lack of attention to detail, both in service and food quality, makes for an overall disappointing experience. I hope the restaurant can improve in the future, but for now there are better options elsewhere.

The meat in all its forms is delicious, and the gourmet pizzas are fresh, colourful, particular and delicious... If you happen to be in Imperia, go and try it for yourself... 💪🏻🥇

29/04/2024: In the restaurant which is located just 50 meters from the central Via xx Settembre and which also has a room on the upper floor and outdoor tables for the summer, Mr. Walter at the counter and Mrs. Francesca in the kitchen offer traditional dishes Ligurian and national worthy of the best restaurants with always fresh ingredients, with pesto and walnut sauce prepared at home by the expert hands of Mrs. Francesca, not to mention the delicious meringue pie and the exquisite tarts prepared by her. Last, but not least the waitress Odalis, very professional and always with a smile. In short, a place that I would recommend to Genoese and tourists for a lunch break to remember. 5 stars only because it is not possible to give others.

23/08/2024: Great experience and excellent value for money. "Unusual" but truly exquisite dishes, not the classic tourist menu. The best is fish, both cooked and raw. Friendly and professional staff. I will definitely come back.

21/08/2024: For work I travel the world and try a lot of restaurants, but I have never seen a scam like this. For two spaghetti with seafood and two cokes I spent 85 euros and what's more the portions were very small and the quality is not excellent, dear tourists, don't come to this place!

13/08/2024: Small but welcoming environment. It is not on the seafront but in an area that is inhabited even in winter. There is an internal room and a small external terrace overlooking the street. Excellent quality/price ratio and super courtesy of the staff. It also does takeaway and home delivery for both pizza and other dishes

14/08/2024: The grilled and raw fish are wonderful, even the most sophisticated dishes are always very successful, with raw materials of the highest quality. A refined and elegant environment, a very pleasant outdoor area in summer. Excellent value for money.

14/08/2024: Excellent quality, carefully prepared dishes, attentive to detail and highly refined with very particular combinations. I have never found a place with such quality cuisine that served such generous portions, really really generous portions. I've already been several times and every time there is something new on the menu to try. Cacio e pepe with tuna tartare, seafood carbonara, octopus amatriciana. Everything delicious. The seared tuna was one of the best I have ever eaten with a combination of excellent sauces and excellent contrast. The desserts are also excellent. The desserts are exceptional. The one in the photo was a three layer with coffee cream, caramel and Chantilly if I remember correctly. Every time the expense fluctuated between 35 and 40 euros per person (eating plenty of fish, to remember).

01/08/2024: I'm sorry to say it but I didn't like it... starting from the bread and the focaccia (hard from the day before at least)... Not to mention the first course... completely SALTY and the pasta is overcooked... after having rudely pointed it out to me I was told that no salt had been added to the pasta water (as if I had never eaten a dish of pasta with clams). Having said that, she didn't even apologize (in fact it seemed like she wanted to be right).... The second course was so-so, the roast beef was decent, the potatoes were reheated but still tasted good.... Too expensive anyway for a "little restaurant" in San Quirico... I didn't like it... Have I already said that? I say it again VERY FAILURE! Well I have to answer like this.... I imagined the unprofessional answer, in fact here it is.... It is well known that clams are tasty but you, a great chef, should know that clams must be soaked for at least half a day... having said that I assure you that I ate plates of spaghetti with clams everywhere and so Scotti as well as salty after OVER 45 minutes of waiting, it had never happened to me 🤣🤣 I'm not a chef but I can't assure you either... besides the spaghetti you are very rude because if there is a way to review here it is normal for people to do so... and responding like this to a "customer" who didn't feel comfortable on his own confirms your arrogance and NON-PROFESSIONALISM.... Good job CHEF 🤣 OBVIOUSLY EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW MAKES NO SENSE RIGHT? YOU SHOULD BE A LITTLE MORE HUMBLE AND LESS RUDE....IF THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY TO REVIEW IT IS OBVIOUS THAT A PERSON DOES IT ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE FINDED IT BAD AND FROM THIS YOU SHOULD TRY TO IMPROVE NOT TO DEMAND THE REASON!! RATHER YOU TRY TO IMPROVE YOURSELF RATHER THAN REPLY IN A SAINTING WAY TRYING TO BE RIGHT WHEN YOU ARE NOT!!!! A BATH OF HUMILITY WOULD BE APPRECIATED.... GREETINGS TO NEVER AGAIN! 29/07/2024: Lovely place with spectacular sea view. The quality and variety of purely seafood dishes are excellent, tasty and plentiful. Excellent service, accompanied by a lot of kindness. Very positive experience. Super recommended.

07/06/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at the PetriCore restaurant recently, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, professional service. The environment is elegant and welcoming, perfect for an intimate dinner or a special evening. The menu offers a refined selection of dishes that skilfully combine tradition and innovation. Each course was a sensorial journey: from the authentic and well-balanced flavors to the fresh, high-quality ingredients. In summary, the PetriCore restaurant is a culinary gem. I highly recommend visiting for an unforgettable gastronomic experience. I will definitely be back soon to try more delights from their excellent menu.
