05/05/2025: Nice discovery, simple but well-kept place with large rooms, typical village trattoria to definitely return!! Handmade ravioli, delicate but tasty filling, the ragù is as it should be, rich and not dietary. Mixed fried food with also the skewer with the wafer (difficult to find) and light frying, delicious cream. Optimal!! Well done! 😊 Highly recommended!!

10/04/2025: I only had lunch once in this excellent restaurant serving Ligurian dishes and it was enough for me to never forget it. The dining room staff is really kind and helpful, friendly. I will bring my wife for a truly unforgettable lunch in tradition and flavours.

30/04/2025: Family lunch at the Serraglio. The place is spectacular, a special view and context. The waiter was very friendly and courteous (which is rare in Liguria, I'm Genoese so no one feels offended) as well as prepared with excellent advice on the courses. The focaccias are excellent and light, not greasy at all. Generous portions. Delicate but very good pesto. Only two negative notes: the panissa is a little greasy and the restaurant inside is a little noisy; the ideal is to return in spring summer to be able to enjoy the wonderful veranda. Excellent value for money

13/04/2025: Hospitality and service at the top!! Today I went to the Serraglio for a baptism snack and we had a great time, Congratulations! Even though they had just finished the lunch service with the evening service coming up, they welcomed us with smiles and excellent food. There was bad weather and we couldn't enjoy the amazing view that we usually have but it was all pleasant nonetheless We will be back soon, thank you very much

02/01/2025: This Thursday lunchtime, 4-course menu with 3 wine pairings for €40!!! It was really great, the waiter is adorable, the wines excellent, I'm going to move to the kitchen.

21/11/2024: I have been frequenting it since 2009. Excellent Ligurian cuisine, great availability and friendliness. The wines from their cellar are excellent. If you go, in addition to eating well you will feel at home.

04/03/2025: Facilità di parcheggio a pochi passi, che in Liguria non è scontato. Bella vista sull'alveo del Neva. I lavoratori della zona vengono a mangiare qui, il che costituisce un'ottima referenza in sé. Se cercate la tipica rustica "accoglienza" ligure rimarrete delusi: la titolare e le sue collaboratrici sono gentilissime, simpatiche e molto cordiali. I piatti sono ottimi ed abbondanti, abbinati ad un servizio veloce; personalmente consiglio la birra rossa, tedesca, veramente buona. Bagni comodi e molto puliti. Rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente conveniente!

You can feel that coffee is not just made here, but lived. And tea fans also pay attention: the infusion made from coffee cherry peels is a real taste experience! Simply amazing – definitely try it out!

30/04/2025: The best cappuccino with almond milk in all of Italy. There are options for vegans, the cuernito and the avocado toast are very delicious.

21/04/2025: Prenotato all'ultimo momento con l' entusiasmo del proprietario che, si converte in cameriere e intrattenitore durante il pranzo, allietando il pranzo. Ambiente accogliente con apparecchiatura curata. Ricca carta dei vini con consueto assaggio a tutti i commensali da parte del proprietario. Non c'è vino della casa. Assaggio di frittelle nell' attesa dell' arrivo delle portate. Menù della tradizione ligure con specialità del fritto all' italiana salato e dolce. Correttezza sui tempi d'attesa: siamo stati avvisati che per alcuni piatti necessitava un certo tempo di preparazione. Porzioni giuste, molto curate nell' impiattamento, materie prime di qualità. Prezzo congruo. Da provare...torneremo!

08/04/2025: Disappointment and embarrassment Sunday lunch booked a month in advance but the reservation was lost even though I had called two days before to reconfirm. The two women who answered the phone were totally incapable of managing reservations. Makeshift accommodation on an old ironing board....5 people. Finally, after a long wait, the waitress arrives (the only person who survives due to kindness and friendliness) and tells us that some dishes are no longer available. We fall back on everything else disappointing from the starters to the first courses. Not even a modest mixed fried dish is Sava. Coffee and a bottle of pigato. The bill was 50 euros per person. For what we ate and the mix-up that occurred, it was a real theft. They won't see us anymore .

08/04/2025: Everything is really excellent, the girls are always very kind, the food is very good and they are quick with their service.

06/03/2025: I got there because of the reviews. Homemade, simple food and good service. 13 euros the menu. I ordered the homemade dessert (which is not included in the menu) and it is highly recommended (2.5 eu).

04/04/2025: Had lunch at midday on a weekday. Beautiful location in the beautiful Liguria which is not just the sea, good traditional cuisine, generous portions, low prices and courtesy: do you still need anything to make you promise to return?

20/04/2025: Warning: the place is Spartan. If you are looking for a place where you eat well, very well, the staff is friendly and nice, this is the place you are looking for. If you want the cool place, no. Having said that, we had a great time, the food is well thought out in terms of flavors and combinations. Prices from a place near the sea. We will be back for sure!

30/03/2025: Ho trovato questo bar cercando locali che avessero opzioni di menù gluten free. Che dire.... sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita e veramente soddisfatta. Da anni non assaggiavo un fritto di calamari senza glutine .....buonissimo. Inoltre personale gentile , non sempre scontato. Ovvio dire che tornerò sicuramente a assaggiare qualcos 'altro.... Naturalmente anche i piatti con glutine gustosi a detta di mio marito. Continuate così.... Ricordo a tutti che la celiachia non è uno stile di vita ma un reale problema. Grazie al bar dell' Orologio per questa attenzione.
