26/09/2025: I hadn't booked, I was passing through after visiting the historic center, it was late as now for lunch they hosted me, varied menu sea or meat food. Fixed price for lunch from Monday to Friday various choices that include first course (large pasta dish), second course, side dish dessert water coffee for those who want also a glass of wine.
24/09/2025: No. It wasn't possible to order a cappuccino without first deciding on lunch. Seating would have been available. It was off-season.

08/10/2025: I always enjoy coming here: the place is very welcoming, the staff are friendly, and the traditional Lunigiana food is truly excellent. Perhaps the portions of panigacci—served one at a time until the accompanying cured meats run out—are a bit small, about one per person, and you have to wait a bit for more.

20/10/2025: We stopped for an aperitif during a mountain bike ride; we didn't eat there. The view was superb, the restaurant's interior very pleasant, and the waiter very friendly. The service was a little slow. The prices seemed particularly reasonable.

10/09/2025: A truly wonderful discovery. I came here with a friend for the first time. Congratulations.
The food is very good and prepared with love! The casonsei are delicious and plentiful, and afterwards, the mixed fried fish: delicious. The lunchtime prices are more than fair. Parking is free and easy to find. Reservations are available online.
Perfect service, and the staff are all very kind and helpful. I highly recommend trying Rugantino for a lunch break that feels like home.

05/09/2025: My negative review isn't due to the quality or otherwise of the gelato, but rather to the behavior of the girl who served me. As soon as I walked in, something along the lines of "I can't wait to go home" came out (I don't remember if those were the exact words, but that was the gist). I think private thoughts like that should be kept to yourself, and I don't think it's appropriate to say them out loud in front of a customer... a terrible impression...

03/10/2025: Great place with a lively atmosphere inside (a bit quieter up front). The staff takes their time, is quick, and accommodates special requests. The pizza is very good, and the fillet comes as a steak (please keep this in mind if you don't like rare meat), also very good. The wines are very reasonably priced.
5/5 value for money
We would gladly go back here.

10/09/2025: located just a few minutes from the city center, offers a pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, and pizzas that break away from tradition. 😅
The toppings are original, and the dough is light and crisp. Sure, a pizza here can cost €13 to €14, which is about three times the price of a classic Margherita in Turin (often €4/5), but you're paying for creativity, quality ingredients, and comfort: air-conditioned dining, attentive service, and bold recipes. 👍

08/09/2025: A step back in time. Simplicity, attention to food and guests. Very generous portions, and if that weren't enough... a second helping is always ready. Kudos to the entire staff. One piece of advice, though: you need to have plenty of time.

Although they were a little short on staff, the older man and woman served us very well, with professionalism and patience.
We had a great time.
All the food was excellent, both seafood and meat.
