The strategic location, just steps from the La Spezia Migliarina train station, is perfect for visiting the Cinque Terre by train, leaving your car behind. The property is managed by an association that promotes the inclusion of autistic people, who also serve at the on-site restaurant, which I highly recommend trying at least once. The menu is limited, but everything is of excellent quality. The rooms are simple and basic, and the environment is always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, a small complaint concerns the soundproofing of the rooms, which is truly poor. A small refrigerator and a hairdryer in the bathroom would be appreciated.

Worth it for the food and location. Exceptional staff. The bed was uncomfortable, something I rarely experience. I slept little and poorly.
