26/08/2024: A un estremo della passeggiata sul mare di Voltri, veranda con vista mare e sala interna. Ci torniamo da anni per l'ottima cucina originale e il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Piatti come i fiori di zucca con brandacujun, o l 'orata con zucchine e patate a spicchi, o gli spaghetti all'astice tutti squisiti e in porzioni giuste. Buon wifi e conto sui 90 eur in 3 bevendo acqua. Suggestivo il montacarichi per andare in bagno con vista della cantina.

22/08/2024: Accessible sea view restaurant ground floor entrance terrace sea view for a Romantic dinner excellent venue very courteous welcome the food is sublime peace and serenity reign at the Merle excellent wines with a quality wine cellar. Very professional and attentive staff, helpful and kind with an eye for the customer. This is a very relaxing place to spend an evening with family, in company with friends, for a romantic evening. I recommend it.

15/08/2024: I passed by here almost by chance, for lunch with my wife. We immediately found an excellent welcome, a very beautiful and perfect location for the type of venue. The food was nothing short of excellent. We had an appetizer based on cured meats, really fresh and delicious, with spectacular truffle mortadella. Then a pasta with roe deer sauce that is truly fresh and of excellent quality, both the pasta and the sauce. Finally, I had a steak and my wife had a salmon fillet, both phenomenal. I would absolutely go back there more than willingly. Highly recommended!

02/08/2024: Those who love meat and wine are in the right place. The place is small but conveys the joy of a banquet. The raw materials are of excellent quality and, based on the choice of cuts and the various types, justify the prices. Wide range of wines, including very fine ones. Friendly and casual service.

31/08/2024: Bella esperienza , ottima pizza sottile personale educatissimo, possibilità di QC e cartaceo, dolce ottimo caffè di torrefazione, ottimi i tempi del servizio. Da provare la cucina.

27/08/2024: Locale immerso nel borgo dentro le mura di Albenga, molto bella la posizione e l'atmosfera rilassata. Non ci siamo trovati benissimo con i piatti, alternando alcuni eccezionali (ravioli di salmone al burro al limone; risosto gamberi e limone)) ad altri decisaemente mediocri (i tagliolini alle vongole ad esempio: lupini e non vongole, asciutti, poco gustosi). 18/08/2024: Inventive and original cuisine. Here everything is well done without exuberance but with finesse. Entrance : Raw tuna and grilled green pepper, on a very fresh watermelon and tomato juice. Grilled shrimps on an almond sauce (it looks like chickweight but sweeter), with a black tapenade to grab the bite. and a slice of melon to refresh. Pasta: Huge mandili with pesto served generously, Ravioli filled with grilled onions and smoked ricotta bathed in a barely tangy orange sauce. Secondi: A perfectly cooked duck and a sauce of cooking juices that we would like to sauce endlessly. Accompanied by orange fennel and a slightly spicy Taco to remind us that here it is still originality that we are looking for in each preparation. An almost snacked swordfish but tender and divinely well prepared. And how greedy we are: the very generous peach and hazelnut cake on an Amaretto ice cream. It's like being in the 11th arrondissement in Paris, with added Italian exoticism. On the wine side, a nice list of natural wines (especially Italian). Be careful, no deviance here. We tend to take the wines by the glass to taste several of them. In terms of service, it's super pleasant and gentle. With a lot of kindness we adapt at our own pace. We are advised correctly whether in the menu or in the wines. We speak English, French (wow, I've never heard a foreigner speak with such a slight accent!!) and we switch to Italian with the sommelier with whom we could discuss natural wines throughout the evening. Even if it is perhaps not the restaurant that I would recommend with children, our two daughters (9 and 12 years old) are already quite grown up, no problem, the kitchen even offers to adapt to prepare something simple. But it would be sacrilege not to train their young pup in such beautiful cuisine. We loved it. price-wise: 173 euros for four with 4 glasses of wine. For the work and creativity that it represents, it is excellent value for money. 5/5

05/08/2024: I always like to go to eat at Fassoneria. The staff is precise, very kind and extremely helpful. The meat is always very fresh and of excellent quality, cooked according to request and the various sauces offered with it are excellent. Salad vegetables and other ingredients are also generally fresh. The environment is always very clean, well-kept and pleasant. Convenient to the seaside promenade and with parking in front which no longer costs after 8pm. Honest and never exaggerated prices.

10/08/2024: Good restaurant by the sea right on the beach, fixed menu formula with several starters, a first course and a second course. The general quality is good, nothing exceptional but pleasant and suitable for those who want to do several tastings. Friendly staff, very fast service. Price appropriate to quality, quantity and location = €138 for 4.

02/08/2024: Super fresh fish and cooked beautifully! You eat what the chef suggests!!! Wine at will, coffee kills coffee all included in the 45 euros :)

Really delicious dishes, plentiful and of excellent quality, fresh and innovative beyond the traditional ones. Super service and very nice location with attention to detail. Very fair price. Super recommended!

26/07/2024: I ordered a hazelnut smoothie. It struck my heart. Exceptional taste. I already knew about ice cream in France, so I was already won over. But this hit gave me a slap in the face. I felt like I was eating a Paris Brest. I think, the best ice cream I have ever had the opportunity to eat.

13/08/2024: We discovered this little pizzeria which is just fantastic with pizzas. Absolutely delicious, an unbeatable value for money and a very friendly welcome. Be careful when eating on site there are only four tables so either reserve or come not too late.

02/08/2024: I'm always on holiday in Apricale and we love this restaurant. It's super tasty, has a beautiful view and the staff always welcomes you. Prices are also very reasonable. We ate there 4 times during our 6 day vacation. Highly recommended.
