27/05/2024: Abbiamo preso soltanto un paio di succhi di frutta velocemente qui stamattina! Il propietario è stato gentile il succo era buono! Il posto simpatico, di più non saprei dirvi.

22/06/2026: I went to this bar for breakfast with my partner on a weekday morning. We were initially served by a very young and kind woman (I think she'd been working there for a short time). We ordered two croissants, a coffee, and a decaffeinated latte macchiato. When the woman communicated her order to the barista, he reacted extremely rudely to the request for a latte macchiato, yelling and insisting it should be a cappuccino. He began to treat both his colleague (who looked at us mortified) and us customers with discourtesy. Throughout the preparation of the drinks, he displayed a nervous, annoyed, and disruptive attitude, banging saucers and cups, creating a very unpleasant and embarrassing situation. He also addressed us rudely, asking us three times which of the two drinks should be decaffeinated, remarking, "Well, what do I have to do?" In the end, I was served a cappuccino instead of the latte macchiato I requested, making my colleague think I was just having a whim (there's actually a clear difference between a cappuccino and a latte macchiato, and for this very reason, I've never had any problems at every bar I've been to). It was also excessively hot and unpleasant... impossible to drink. Meanwhile, I've witnessed other unfriendly behavior toward other customers, rushing them and roughly snatching their cups from under their faces. I've been frequenting this area for years, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've noticed similar behavior from the same barista... and looking at other reviews, I understand it's quite common. Courteous and respectful service should be the foundation of any business that involves contact with the public, and if you're not capable of fulfilling that role, you might as well step aside. Another thing I've always noticed: in the pizzeria area, the employees handle both money and pizza with gloves (which make no sense at this point). Why do you bother them?

22/06/2026: The cappuccino was too watery and poorly made, the staff was unqualified and didn't wear any work uniforms, and the sales assistants were rude. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

03/08/2024: In zona è veramente l'unico bar pasticceria di buon livello. Buona la colazione.Il bonus va alla pasticceria: di ottima qualità e fattura torte e paste, sempre fresche. Titolari e personale molto gentili. Ci andiamo spesso
