27/07/2025: The pizza is neither good nor bad. The menu is sparse, the price is average. It's absurd that we don't have sugar for the coffee, and no desserts or ice cream.

30/08/2025: My partner and I dined at the Piazza delle Erbe restaurant in the historic center of Sezze. What can I say...a delightful surprise. We were greeted by the host as if we were at home, and he made us feel welcome right away. We ordered two first courses: fettuccine, strictly handmade, with an exceptional smoked buffalo mozzarella ragù, and ravioli with sheep's milk ricotta and spinach, topped with cherry tomatoes and a sprinkling of aged pecorino cheese—delicious. We finished with a sampling of typical local products, which are typically served as an appetizer: local prosciutto, pancetta, fried zucchini flowers, and many other delicacies. The cuisine is authentic and of excellent quality, rooted in the local area, respectful of the raw ingredients and seasonality. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back when we pass through this area. Highly recommended!!! See you next time!

02/08/2025: Excellent Roman pizza: thin, crispy, dry, and well-topped. The fried foods are excellent; the original kataifi are highly recommended. Friendly staff. An absolutely basic place, inside a residence: You eat on a beautiful lawn with tables and umbrellas, but there are no plates, pizzas are served in boxes, and no restrooms.

21/09/2025: At the gates of the castle lies this rustic and welcoming trattoria. The outside tables were occupied, so we sat inside. Even from the inside dining room, with the door open, you can enjoy the view of a beautiful village alley. The staff is friendly and helpful, contributing to the enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere. The food is excellent and seasonal. The strozzapreti with ragù is wonderful and balanced. The unripe peaches with truffle are also worth trying.

31/08/2025: It was all a great surprise...from the historic center...to the restaurant...located among the alleys of the center and nestled in a characteristic little square...we ate from appetizers including a delicately flavored meat tartare...the 1.5 kg Florentine steak was divine...and to finish, wine donuts with mascarpone...fast service...

05/10/2025: A welcoming pizzeria with wonderful, friendly staff. Owner Valentina is incredibly kind and welcomes customers in an exemplary manner, especially her husband, who makes delicious pizzas.

13/09/2025: We had an appetizer for two, all good but nothing memorable. Two pizzas with whole wheat dough. We liked both the dough and the toppings. Two beers and a bottle of water cost €44.

28/09/2025: Sunday, 3 p.m., everything was closed. I arrived alone, and a couple were sitting alone at a table talking. I asked if I could eat. They said, of course, they welcomed me warmly, as if they knew me. They recommended a lasagna they'd also eaten, and it was delicious. I had a delicious homemade lunch while talking with the gentleman. An unforgettable experience; the food was 10 points, and the price was affordable.
