Sublime first courses prepared tableside with care, enriched by explanations of the dish and its traditions. The fresh pasta, the carefully selected, studied, and invented ingredients... It wasn't just a lunch, but an experience to be shared. The desserts, the wines, the beer with sour cherries—every ingredient, aroma, and flavor paired perfectly with the rest of the meal.
