Sometimes a dinner surprises you more than you expect. That's exactly what happened here. I tried the Ponza red prawns along with the Ponza gobbetti. Then came the discovery: Marmora with mango salsa, marinated onion, and pink peppercorn mayonnaise. A stunning balance of sweet, tart, and spicy. Refined without being forced. It leaves you wanting more. But beyond the food, there's the person. I met Fabrizio, one of the two owners, and the welcome was amazing. Not the formal restaurant kind, but the real deal: he makes you feel like a guest in his home, he tells you about the products, and he gives you passionate advice. You can tell that behind Tosti, there are people who really care.

In addition to sandwiches (including amazing meat sandwiches, like those with Scottona Marchigiana or Fassona tartare), they also offer the freshest raw seafood (the Ponza red prawn is incredible), spectacular fish tapas, and sophisticated first courses, demonstrating the incredible talent in the kitchen. ​The restaurant is welcoming and very well-kept, with a terrace in the back that is an absolute gem in the summer. I absolutely recommend it! 💯

One of the best restaurants in Formia, it makes delicious sandwiches, especially the one with octopus and the one with the beef hamburger.

Sublime first courses prepared tableside with care, enriched by explanations of the dish and its traditions. The fresh pasta, the carefully selected, studied, and invented ingredients... It wasn't just a lunch, but an experience to be shared. The desserts, the wines, the beer with sour cherries—every ingredient, aroma, and flavor paired perfectly with the rest of the meal. A completely impromptu Saturday in Sermoneta turned out to be an explosion of goodness for the palate and the heart. Thank you
