Sublime first courses prepared tableside with care, enriched by explanations of the dish and its traditions. The fresh pasta, the carefully selected, studied, and invented ingredients... It wasn't just a lunch, but an experience to be shared. The desserts, the wines, the beer with sour cherries—every ingredient, aroma, and flavor paired perfectly with the rest of the meal. A truly exceptional lunch, with authentic and delicate flavors with a strong identity. All the ingredients are sourced in-house, with noticeable attention to detail. We ate wonderfully; I especially recommend the tuna carbonara, prepared tableside with a jubilation of well-balanced and harmonious flavors. The attentive and courteous owners explain the dishes and their products, revealing their passion for what they do. Kindness and courtesy in a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere. Why not go on a tasting adventure led by Fabio and his wife in this charming place where for Pasquetta we had a fixed 4 course meal featuring the local citrus Trombolotto, a very aromatic lemon variety that marries well with bottarga on fresh tagliolini. Everything is fresh and homemade and also has notes of the visciole local tiny flavor bomb cherries that work in antipasti, as a condiment, and in desserts. After your relaxing lunch stroll up to the castle and check out the panorama, plus all the little side streets and views. You'll want to come back again!

Very nice and welcoming restaurant. The staff is kind, friendly, and welcoming. I went with my boyfriend and we tried their specialties (I recommend the tagliolini with trombolotto and bottarga), and it was beyond a pleasure to eat them. I highly recommend stopping by and I congratulate you again.

A charming little place in Sermoneta. We stumbled upon it by chance and left delighted. The food is delicious; the famous spicy trombolloto is so tasty, we loved it so much we bought a package to take home. If you come to Sermoneta, you won't regret eating here.

The kindness is priceless, the welcome wonderful, I liked the trombolotto, I don't know if it's homemade or from a local company... the tagliatella with mushrooms, absolutely not, no flavor and no seasoning... ditto the polenta... applause for the Shiraz from Villa Gianna... the suggestion is definitely to measure the seasonings more appropriately. Anyway, thanks!
