A truly exceptional lunch, with authentic and delicate flavors with a strong identity. All the ingredients are sourced in-house, with noticeable attention to detail. We ate wonderfully; I especially recommend the tuna carbonara, prepared tableside with a jubilation of well-balanced and harmonious flavors. The attentive and courteous owners explain the dishes and their products, revealing their passion for what they do. Kindness and courtesy in a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere. Very nice and welcoming restaurant. The staff is kind, friendly, and welcoming. I went with my boyfriend and we tried their specialties (I recommend the tagliolini with trombolotto and bottarga), and it was beyond a pleasure to eat them. I highly recommend stopping by and I congratulate you again.

A charming little place in Sermoneta. We stumbled upon it by chance and left delighted. The food is delicious; the famous spicy trombolloto is so tasty, we loved it so much we bought a package to take home. If you come to Sermoneta, you won't regret eating here.

The kindness is priceless, the welcome wonderful, I liked the trombolotto, I don't know if it's homemade or from a local company... the tagliatella with mushrooms, absolutely not, no flavor and no seasoning... ditto the polenta... applause for the Shiraz from Villa Gianna... the suggestion is definitely to measure the seasonings more appropriately. Anyway, thanks!
