Ristorante Sushi Lin In Fondi

Excellent sushi and sashimi. The raw fish is really high quality. The raw materials are excellent, unfortunately cooked poorly if not very badly. Overcooked gnocchi ditto for spaghetti not to mention the tasteless and overcooked condiments. Unfortunately, anything cooked is to be avoided completely with the exception of rice. On the other hand, excellent service, very polite staff and a very nice and above all very clean environment. I'm sorry but we should change chefs.

Excellent sushi restaurant in every aspect, from the service to the dishes and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I've lost count of how many times I've come to have lunch and dinner here despite the distance of 25/30 kilometers from where I live, every time it's always delicious and I always leave super satisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The best sushi in all of Fondi, I've been coming here for a long time and I'm always satisfied
