La Taverna Dell'olimpus In Sora

We spent a very pleasant evening at Olimpus. We chose the fish menu: an Olimpus starter (selection of cold and hot); two first courses (bigoli with lemon, cuttlefish, yellow datterino tomatoes and scented bread; trofie, requested as an alternative to tagliolini, with calamari, artichokes and smoked swordfish) and a second course (grilled fish). Everything delicious, well seasoned, plentiful, of good quality. The cuisine perhaps lacks those nuances of flavors that you expect from such a well-structured menu, also considering the importance of the venue. Service ok. The account is convincing.

Ospiti dell’albergo , ci siamo convinti ad usufruire del ristorante adiacente. Il locale si presenta molto bene, ottimamente restaurato ed arredato. Il menù è di buon livello con buona scelta delle materie prime. L’unica nota veramente stonata che fa abbassare il giudizio è il servizio che eufemisticamente definirei confusionario.
