18/07/2025: The number one and definitelly the best kebab in Rome!! And not just kebab - they offer a big variety of different hot meals (grilled chicken, potatoes, beef stew with rice,...), pizza, delicious deserts and much more! Fresh ingredients, nice staff and amazing taste for the cheapest price in the whole city!

17/07/2025: Very delicious food, great prices, friendly staff, and you can pay with card. We were extremely hungry at 1am after a flight and this was the only thing opened. Glad we tried it.

16/07/2025: Welcoming facility close to the station. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is refined, with outdoor smoking areas and a well-appointed common room for relaxing and enjoying breakfast. The bedroom is clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and the option to block out the light, which is crucial for a good night's sleep. The only downside for those with heavy suitcases is the stairs to reach the floors. I'll be back!

08/09/2025: In this restaurant, I found everything I expect from a place that provides refreshment for body and soul. Four of us arrived by chance on a Sunday lunchtime, and despite the late hour, we were greeted with great courtesy. The attentive and helpful staff immediately made us feel at ease. The food was excellent, and the wine was a surprise: an excellent Sagrantino by the glass, a true delight. I was truly satisfied and highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a culinary experience that is also a truly relaxing moment.

06/09/2025: Excellent. Second time and second spot, a guarantee. This time I met Chef Vincenzo, who advised me on the specials of the day: today, fresh porcini mushrooms with fettuccine, cooked to perfection. The fish didn't disappoint either... quite the opposite. Thank you, and see you soon.

11/08/2025: Upon arrival, you're immediately greeted by convenient secure parking. The space is large enough to accommodate many customers, while maintaining a high level of quality. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

28/06/2025: Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni bellissimi presso questo Resort. La camera era molto ampia e ben arredata, con vista lago che mostrava al tramonto uno scenario ineguagliabile !! La Signora molto gentile e sempre attenta nei confronti del cliente, la colazione ottima e posizionata in una sala con panorama stupendo. Da tenere presente se dovessimo ritornare in quelle zone.

17/06/2025: The setting is spectacular, the food excellent and the service kind and warm. It is not a classic hotel, it feels more like going to stay at a friend’s house. The hotel is an old building from the 50 which got rescued. And offers the most stunning lake views. I went on my own while exploring the twisty roads between Lazio Umbria and Tuscany. I stumbled on il Caminetto after having failed to secure accommodation in Montefiascone. The hotel is quiet and has plenty of shaded parking if you are travelling by bike. I will! definitely come back

08/09/2025: I had high hopes as I had heard many great things and read plenty of stellar reviews. Maybe we got them on a bad day, I can’t be sure. One thing to note is that not a single customer that night was Italian. There was a buzz of American and English conversation. We got off on the wrong foot as two of us arrived promptly ahead of the rest of our party of 5, at which point we discovered we could not sit at the table and wait, we needed the full party present. This is understandable as a busy establishment. I have not included this as part of my rating. After being seated, it took 20 minutes for our orders to be taken even for just drinks. The thing I tend to judge a Roman restaurant on is its ability to cook the basic classic dishes. Their cacio e pepe was decent - a nicely emulsified sauce, adherence to the recipe. However, their carbonara was a massive let-down after all I’d heard about it. Three of us ordered it, and three of us received scrambled eggs. They cooked it far too hot. You could tell by the colour of the sauce that the yolks were not best quality. There was no sauce, just clumps. The photos do not demonstrate this well, however once the spaghetti was separated, you could see how hot it was on the interior. They however were friendly, and once the orders were taken the service was quite quick after that.

08/09/2025: It was ok, the spaghetti carbonara was scrambled. However, the prosciutto and rockmelon was delicious. If I returned I would try the cacio e pepe.
