Nice atmosphere, prices in line with the quality of the food. The tonnarelli cacio e pepe was good, but the tail was disappointing (there was only bone). Service a little rough but maybe it was due to the high crowds

Another opinion about Umberto. I've been visiting this place for years. The highest level. If I could give 10 stars, I would give this place 10 stars. Short menu but extremely delicious. Carbonara is undoubtedly the best in Rome. There's no talk. The price is also attractive. Service at the highest level. Just a homely atmosphere.

This is a quintessential Roman osteria! Wonderful staff and flavors - I really recommend their gnocchi con le spuntature and the seasonal artichoke.

16/02/2024: great place to have a beer with friends. Nice selection of beers on tap at fair prices, €5 for the now classic 0.3 L mug. Nice atmosphere and they also show Roma matches! Highly recommended.
09/01/2024: Family and relaxed atmosphere, excellent selection of beers on tap, good music at an optimal volume for conversation, good vibes, close to the S. Paolo metro, friendly and non-intrusive staff, will we return? 100% YES if you are in the area come by 👍🏻
