15/05/2026: We took the ferry from Riva, a nice trip, and spent half a day in Malcesine. We popped in here for a some lunch. A couple of pizzas and some grilled vegetable to share between 4. The food was good as was the service. The only disappointment was the downstairs toilet. The seat was broken and down steep stairs. We found out later that there was another toilet in another part of the restaurant, across the walkway.

10/05/2026: An absolutely disappointing restaurant experience. The beef fillet was initially served cold and, after I complained, came back completely overcooked – dry, tough, and utterly inedible. I've rarely experienced anything like this in a restaurant. Apparently, no one there cares how the food leaves the kitchen. The service was just as bad as the food. The waiter was unfriendly, annoyed, and anything but attentive. Instead of looking after the guests, we felt like we were intruding. The bread was carelessly placed on the table in a bag without a plate – that's more fitting for a fast-food joint than a restaurant with any standards. Overall, a miserable evening: bad food, bad service, and absolutely no welcoming atmosphere. Definitely not a second time.

12/05/2026: The mall closes at 9:00 PM. I go for a coffee at 7:58 PM and am told they've already cleaned my car. I was very disappointed because I've noticed this behavior becoming more and more common lately.

15/04/2026: I came today for a pistachio and salted caramel gelato (with whipped cream) that was AMAZING. One of the best gelatos I've ever had. The girl named Chiara served me, she was super kind and smiling. It was truly a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back!

16/12/2025: A small bar by the bus stop. There's outdoor seating. The drinks are cheap, and the service is friendly. The decor and atmosphere could use some improvement.

27/04/2026: A strange experience at Lake Garda! We stopped for a short shopping break at this otherwise lovely lakeside restaurant and treated ourselves to a Spritz. Except for the Spritz Passion, which was a bit watery, the other Spritzes were quite good. The restaurant only lost one star because, out of nowhere, the server came and took the snacks we'd been given, claiming we'd put a jar of peanuts in our pocket. This has never happened to us before, even after years of visiting Lake Garda. Too bad, we won't be coming back.

18/04/2026: Delicious spritzers in various flavors. The service is always very friendly and attentive. They always offer tasty little glasses of snacks. The prices are very reasonable. The view of the lake, being located right on the shore, is beautiful in every season. Definitely worth a visit.

07/02/2026: I highly recommend going straight ahead. I thought I'd find a rustic place with quality, home-cooked food, but instead... I ordered a tortellino (the only positive thing), two steaks, and two mixed vegetables... €50🤯 The menu says €5 for mixed vegetables, they serve three small plates of vegetables soaked in oil, and they charge €4.50 each for three small plates... which doesn't match the menu... Stale smell, damp tablecloths, and the "waitress/owner/assistant chef/cashier" who serves and comes in and leaves the kitchen with hairs from I don't know what on her shirt... We won't be able to stomach either the meal or the bill easily.

20/12/2025: We had lunch here for a graduation party and were treated wonderfully and warmly by the hostess. The food was truly high quality, with tortellini clearly handmade with care and passion. Above all, we noticed great attention to detail and a genuine welcome. We will definitely return for similar occasions.

04/06/2026: DO NOT COME! They lied about the price of the cocktail (not listed on the menu) and we asked 3x to ensure we would be charged $15. We got our bill… $50! We explained to them that we were misinformed and the manager started YELLING at us and getting other customers involved to tell us that we were stupid and must pay the full amount. We realize that he charged us a miscellaneous fee and not a drink fee. This was a SCAM!!!! Do not come. Also, the apertivos are stale chips. The spritz are full of ice and watered down. Please do not give your money here

03/06/2026: Don't go here. Terrible food, got a salad where the tomatoes had no flavour, neither did the buffalo mozzarella and the Parma ham tasted like it had gone off. All made with cheap ingredients, sold for high price. Not real Italian cuisine at all.

16/07/2025: The panoramic view is remarkable, and the venue itself is charming, spread across two floors: an indoor area downstairs and a spacious terrace upstairs. Unfortunately, it's only frequented by young and very young people; anyone over 25 is out of their target audience... a real shame. Drinks are expensive, unjustified.

04/02/2026: I often stop by for lunch; the atmosphere is comfortable and the staff is excellent. I usually order the all-inclusive set menu, which is excellent quality and tasty! Homemade pasta, homemade ragù, and everything else is made with fresh ingredients, no packaged products... practically like eating at a good farmhouse! 😊👍🏻 On Tuesdays, there's also a burger menu, and on Wednesdays, you can choose from pizza. Excellent! Very happy, I recommend it. Aperitivo 10+

15/03/2026: I've always had takeout pastries, and they were always very large and delicious. I'd like to reply to Local Guide Luca Bono about the ginseng: I've never had it at this place, but last week I did at a place in Caldiero and paid 2.50 for it too.

08/02/2026: Excellent croissants, very nice atmosphere. It's a shame about the rudeness of the sales assistant. This is the second time I've asked for a tray of four croissants to go, and I'm told that's too many and that they're for "their breakfasts." I've always left empty-handed. Not a pleasant attitude.

02/11/2025: I ordered a delicious pizza. I didn't like it very much. My uncle ordered a ham and mushroom pizza. The pizza was raw. They didn't have crème brûlée or tiramisu on the dessert menu. The cappuccino was average. To get four pizzas, you had to wait half an hour. The waiters are very kind and friendly.

14/09/2025: We went to this pizzeria because the one we usually go to was unfortunately closed for vacation, so we decided to try this one, but we were extremely disappointed compared to the pizza we used to eat years ago. The atmosphere was very spartan and cold, with many different types of dough, but unfortunately the pizza wasn't leavened, too hard and undercooked. The effort in research is appreciated, but it's a shame because we could taste the toppings were otherwise good quality. The prices were definitely too high for the location and quality of the pizza, with a cover charge of €2.50 and paper tissues that were decidedly too thin. There's a lot to revise.
