18/11/2025: My dad and I went to this restaurant on a November afternoon. All the other restaurants in the area were closed due to the off-season, so we decided to try this one, simply because it was open. We travel frequently and have tried many different restaurants and cuisines, and this is honestly one of the worst we've ever been to. The man working there insisted the food was fresh, as if we couldn't tell the difference. Everything was completely bland. The raw salmon tasted like it had been defrosted after sitting in the freezer for too long. No amount of salt or pepper could cover the unmistakable aftertaste of low-quality ingredients. They even said they would close for the season in a few days and were out of stock on most of the menu items—so it's no surprise they weren't investing in fresh ingredients for their final days of opening. Every single thing we ordered ranged from unpalatable to completely flavorless to bitter. But nothing was as bitter as the waiter's attitude. He was incredibly rude. When we went to pay, he handed us the bill without even looking at us—no words, no glances, not even the slightest gesture of kindness or respect. A truly cheerful guy who definitely enhanced the experience. Don't set foot in this place unless your standards are really, really low.

10/10/2025: Best pizza in Malcesine! I had the mascarpone e crudo pizza! It was fantastically good and huge! The service was very friendly. I'm still dreaming about this pizza and looking forward to my next visit.

05/06/2025: Mein Mann bestellte Teigwaren und ich Vitello Tonato. Leider wird dies nur mit Mayonnaise mit etwas Thon serviert. Sehr schwer.... Nicht zu empfehlen. Die Weinkarte ist super...

14/05/2025: We hadden de pasta carbonara en de lasagne. Deze waren gewoon oke maar niet wow voor italie. Porties waren ook zeer klein. Daarom nog een tiramisu genomen en deze was wel voor veel italianen een klap in het gezicht. Beoordeling is oke Je betaald 2euro tafel kost pp

19/11/2025: Loved it!! Super unique in style, excellent cocktails, and a view of the square outside, overlooking a beautiful basilica. The staff were very kind and helpful.

14/11/2025: My partner and I went there for an aperitif, a very nice and welcoming place, friendly staff and excellent aperitifs, top vintage room, we will be back 😉

15/07/2025: The pizzas are authentic and very tasty. There is a lively atmosphere and the owners are very friendly. We had a lovely time.

14/07/2025: Superlekker gegeten bij Pitstop en op de verjaardag van de eigenaar krijg je er nog een feestje bovenop 👌🔝🇮🇹 Laat je niet tegenhouden door het uitzicht aan de buitenkant maar probeer bvb de pasta met zeevruchten. Terecht de nr 1 van Lazise!!!

16/07/2025: The panoramic view is remarkable, and the venue itself is charming, spread across two floors: an indoor area downstairs and a spacious terrace upstairs. Unfortunately, it's only frequented by young and very young people; anyone over 25 is out of their target audience... a real shame. Drinks are expensive, unjustified.

25/08/2025: Lovely place with a warm welcome. The fresh pesto pasta and tiramisu were delicious. Simply excellent. Relaxed and homey atmosphere.

08/08/2025: Homemade Italian food, a charming place outside the tourist center, and the woman who served us was a sweetheart, what more could you ask for!

15/10/2025: Perfect place for lunch after seeing the sanctuary. Colorful and decorated inside and the staff was really nice. The food was great (yummy fries!) and reasonably priced. Thanks for a great lunch!

19/12/2025: Since I'm in Verona quite often, with my daughter at university, I take the opportunity to try various restaurants, osterias, etc. And I must say that here at Osteria T'gella I ate well, plentiful, and spent the right amount... Dishes executed well, both in terms of flavor and raw materials... Will I go back? Of course, also because my daughter lives there, and she, like me, where you eat well and are treated as you deserve, you return. We highly recommend it... I continue by saying that today I went back and they did not disappoint my expectations... I had lunch with the menu of the day and I must say it was excellent and plentiful at a super reasonable price... And again today, December 19th, we went back and despite the slightly late hour, and I apologize again, they didn't hesitate to seat you and serve you with a smile... Thank you so much... What else can I say... Go there and you will return

17/12/2025: Extremely slow service. Over an hour to get something to eat. The final bill (€30 per person) was excessive for what I ate. I drank water. I left feeling hungry, and then I ate dinner once I got home. It was an experience I will definitely never repeat, not even at a table with fewer people. A lost customer.

23/11/2025: A typical trattoria in the lower Veronese area, welcoming and with a family atmosphere. Traditional dishes of excellent quality. We enjoyed two excellent appetizers: sarde in saor (sautéed sardines) and a selection of traditional cured meats. Then came the mind-blowing pumpkin tortelli, the excellent risotto with pestume (a type of pesto), and the risotto with pessin (a type of ham) that will remain among the best I've ever tasted. A delicious sorbet and excellent desserts. All accompanied by "familiar" but impeccable service. It was a delightful discovery recommended by friends. It's definitely worth revisiting, especially since, not least, my wife asked me to.

18/11/2025: If you're looking for traditional local dishes, you can find plenty here (some by reservation), this is the place for you. It's a historic trattoria. Authentic and delicious dishes. Excellent service. The only downside is the noise when the place is crowded. Sound-absorbing installations wouldn't hurt. Recommended.

03/01/2026: Today, when I entered this restaurant, I felt INVISIBLE!! It's a one-of-a-kind experience. No one takes you seriously, even though there were only a handful of people. There was zero politeness. Definitely avoid this place.

01/10/2025: You walk in, and he doesn't respond to your greeting. You thank him when he hands you your coffee, and there's total silence. You say goodbye when you leave, and you don't even get a grunt in response. I'd say that's terrible.
