04/10/2025: Another good carbonara at a reasonable price right on the lake shore. A pinch of pepper and salt was all it needed. The pizza was also good, with good, fresh ingredients. I recommend it.

30/09/2025: Couldn’t fault our experience in any way. It was the only restaurant in the area that charged us a ‘cover’ fee but it was only €2 a person so nothing horrendous. They had one of the best selections of Pizzas in the area that we had seen. Excellent food and excellent service - thank you.

28/11/2025: I think it's one of the best places to eat a special pizza, unmatched! And the food, too! The staff is friendly and approachable... even playful! Compliments to Mimmo and the staff.

14/12/2025: We stayed three nights and used the rooms, the kitchen, and the pizzeria. The rooms were clean (towels were changed daily) and equipped with a mini-fridge, TV, air conditioning, and a spacious shower. Breakfast was plentiful. The food was excellent, especially the carbonara, fried food, and grilled meats. The big surprise was the pizza, which was truly delicious. Special mention goes to the young, eager, attentive, and always available staff, from the welcome (even by phone) to the table service. Jason, Ilaria, and the receptionist (whose name I don't remember) are especially noteworthy.

06/11/2025: I bought jam croissants and chocolate cream puffs in English. It's no problem if you don't speak Italian. The cream puffs were so-so, but the croissants were pretty good.

18/11/2025: Very kind staff, very fast service. They mad one of the best Carbonara and Lasagna what we ever ate. Carbonara sauce is just perfect and delicious, the pasta was super al dente and the Lasagna was just the best. Nice texture, nice portion and well made sauce. The price is a little bit high, but you get a wonderful view and it totally wort it. "Complimenti!"

17/10/2025: We had bad experience with this place. The waiter was annoying and inappropriately invited passersby in. The worst thing was paying, when we gave the waiter a tip even after this experience, he still entered the wrong amount into the terminal and purposefully robbed us of 4 euros. This experience has never happened to me and I strongly do not recommend the restaurant, even it was at good location…

14/03/2026: We were looking for a place to eat at a good price. We found a warm welcome, good, authentic, and carefully prepared food, and the option of a fixed-price lunch on Saturdays, so we could enjoy a first course, second course, and side dish. The homemade desserts aren't included in the set menu, but they're definitely worth trying!

22/03/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pure Italian feeling right on the Brenner motorway! For me, the Autogrill Laimburg Ovest is an absolute must-stop on the way south. The moment you get out of the car, your vacation begins. Food & Service: This is pure Italy! The cornettos are wonderfully fresh, and the coffee is exactly as you'd expect it to be in Italy – simply outstanding. It's the perfect place for a short, enjoyable break to recharge your batteries. Cleanliness & Facilities: It's particularly worth mentioning that the restrooms were clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, this isn't always a given at motorway service stations, and it makes the visit all the more pleasant. Conclusion: Anyone traveling on the Brenner motorway who's craving authentic Italian coffee culture in a clean environment should stop here. A definite recommendation for your first (or last) espresso on Italian soil!

25/01/2026: Bar Da Franco is an absolute must-stop in Garda! A great place with a truly Italian atmosphere. Fantastic coffee – aromatic, perfectly brewed, exactly what you'd expect on Garda. Delicious drinks and aperitivos, made even better by the fantastic atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly, smiling, and helpful – you feel like guests are truly welcome here. The place is bustling with activity, but at the same time, it allows you to sit down for a moment, catch your breath, and experience the dolce vita. The perfect place for a morning coffee, a quick stop during the day, or an evening get-together over a spritz. Definitely one of those places you'll want to return to. I 100% recommend it! 🇮🇹🍹☕

07/10/2025: Great location directly on Lake Garda. About a 15-minute walk from the center of Garda. The ambiance is fantastic. There's no comparable bar on the lake. Service is attentive and fast. The small kitchen is at its limit during peak hours. But the bresaola/arugula portions are very good, and the price/performance ratio is good. Friday night parties are great. On Saturdays, it's sometimes completely overcrowded. Sunbeds aren't cheap at €10 on Saturday and Sunday. But the feeling right on the lake is simply fantastic. We come here often. Today, October 1, 2024, is our last visit this year. 😪. We'll be back again from Easter 2025. 👍

01/11/2025: An unplanned lunch... Craving a mixed grill of meats... Well, it was AMAZING. Abundant and varied... sausages, arrosticini, lamb chops, beef, frankfurters, vegetables... Very fair price. I couldn't believe it! We'll definitely be back!!!!!!!

04/10/2025: Tonight, takeaway pizza was amazing. The pizza chefs were great and fast. The staff was friendly. Great! And next time, the panara (giant pizza for a pizza party) was a huge success. I saw it coming out and it was a huge success! Well done.

22/07/2025: Vincantiamo was a truly surprising discovery. The pizza is simply amazing, made with the highest-quality ingredients and a care that is evident from the first bite. The meat is also top-notch, cooked to perfection and presented in excellent cuts: a true house specialty. The place is beautiful, with attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere that makes every moment enjoyable. A special mention goes to the staff: kind, helpful, and very professional. The service is attentive but never intrusive.

02/12/2025: Recommended by a colleague, the atmosphere is very family-friendly, where the owner, and I assume the chef, stopped by at one point to greet everyone and ask if everything was okay. This is a gesture I've never seen in any other trattoria, and he even made small talk when the bill came, which was even more enjoyable. I didn't manage to take photos of the dishes; I polished everything off before remembering to. If you're in the area, I recommend stopping by; you won't regret it. And I forgot, the staff is very kind and attentive to their customers.

07/03/2026: What a great find last night! The place is lovely, with thousands of bottles (for decoration and for drinking, of course). The service was very friendly, and the food was simply excellent. We also received great wine recommendations. Thank you so much!

25/02/2026: We were passing through Verona and stopped for lunch. The wine he recommended was too cold for a Valpolicella Ripasso. The owner was very arrogant and didn't take criticism. He showed up at the tables dressed as a farmer; he'd be better off changing professions.

07/11/2025: Spectacular pastry shop! 😍 Discovered by chance while passing through San Pietro in Cariano, we fell in love with it instantly. The brioches are enormous, the selection is vast and very inviting. We were captivated by the care and beauty of the mini pastries and the quality of the simply amazing vegan croissants! The staff is very close-knit, the guys are very kind, and the owners are exquisite and passionate about a job that over the years has become an art. It's featured in the best food guides, and you understand why from the first taste! TOP!
