27/07/2024: Ein schönes Restaurant in einer tollen Lage, mit großartigem Essen. Wir hatten ein wirklich überzeugendes Menu in dem alle Komponenten sehr harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt waren. Der Service war perfekt, einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war die Weinbegleitung, diese hätte etwas besser abgestimmt sein können.

17/07/2024: Neben der traumhaften Location konnte uns auch das Essen sehr begeistern! Das Menü war durchdacht, lecker, abgestimmt und den Stern wert! Angesichts der Anzahl der Gänge waren wir auch sehr satt und mussten leider auf die köstlich aussehende und große Käseauswahl verzichten. Einzig die Weinbegleitung konnte uns nicht recht überzeugen.

29/08/2024: Here three different restaurants share the beautiful space under the chestnut tree. We were under the impression that we were consuming ice cream from the gelateria located on the square, but we only realized later that our table was run by the Bar Vagabondo. Bad points for a completely overpriced Fragola cup with only two scoops without whipped cream for ten euros.

22/07/2024: I've been coming here for several years and this place is exceptional. From the coffees and pastries for breakfast to the sourdough pizzas for lunch and the cakes made to order. It is all made with the highest quality ingredients to the highest standard. Additionally, the staff are always very welcoming and friendly and will always do their best to accomodate your requests.

01/07/2024: I am very demanding, I know, in fact I only frequent a few selected pastry shops, I had chosen this pastry shop for the quality of the products and the goodness of the brioches, but above all for the skill of Davide the barista. Unfortunately I have to leave this place due to the very poor service both at the tables and inside, confusing and imprecise, today I sat outside at 11.10 and was served at 11.35, the guys at the service called several times and I had to go inside twice to draw attention, really unnerving I think I won't come again. And it's not the first time that the service is prolonged, this morning at 9.00 with only three tables occupied inside and 4 outside I waited 15 minutes just to be served. Too bad, fantastic products, TOP bartender but really terrible service

01/09/2024: The first thing that struck me negatively was that we were approached without a written menu (and therefore without knowing the prices) and with a verbal menu consisting of a choice between 3 first courses and 3 otherwise banal second courses (lasagne with tomato sauce or with 4 cheeses and tripe, second courses (sliced ​​meat, steak and stewed rabbit), nothing typical. Oil on the tables without any labels. We had to ask for bread we didn't have the courage to ask for grated cheese. Finally (for 1 first course and 1 second course, 1/2 liter of bulk wine and 2 bottles of water and coffee) we paid around €33 each but no receipt. A rather negative overall opinion also considering the distance from the city and the inconvenience of parking.

13/07/2024: I would give the food ten stars because EVERYTHING I've eaten in the last two years (I didn't know before) was of excellent quality. The chef, who has been in this restaurant for twenty-five years, knows a lot. I have never tasted so much balance in dishes as here and never had problems with digestion. Vegan, vegetarian and children's menus are important points. Excellent quality raw materials and love for cooking make this restaurant my favorite near Verona.
