15/10/2025: We have lived in the wonderful Torri del Benaco for 35 years and use every free moment we have in Germany to come here. For several years, we avoided restaurants on or near the lake because the price/performance ratio was completely inadequate. 👎 Through a visit from dear friends, we came across the "Miralago," contrary to our usual habit. And we have to revise our opinion: the price/performance ratio is absolutely excellent, the service (Nicola!) is engaging and classically Italian and cheerful. All this in a magnificent location with a view of the lake that is hard to beat! Our friends were there three times in five days for a reason. And of course, we also recommend it! 🤌 Tip... Order Bonollo di Amarone as grappa and be amazed...🤩

12/10/2025: This place is magical. We had dinner here and the owner who was serving us was by far the most genuine and friendly person we've had the pleasure of dealing with. We really wanted to get a table right by the water and he offered for us to wait a little bit at another table before moving us. We splashed out on a nice bottle of wine but normally I'd say you can eat here for around 30€ per person. Try the tiramisu, it's so good! The wine, the food, the wines, the view, the atmosphere, all absolutely incredible. If you are looking for a romantic place to eat, this is it.

20/08/2025: Not a pleasant experience, even in retrospect. We booked dinner at this restaurant yesterday based on a recommendation. Unfortunately, the service was completely inattentive. We were asked which dessert we wanted after the starter, before the main course, and the main course came pretty much immediately after the starter, without a relative pause, as should have been the norm. We all had diarrhea the following night; we all drank the same water in the restaurant, which was served in an unsealed bottle. Anyone who thinks this is a bad idea is a scoundrel. Unfortunately, the food was also not worth recommending in terms of taste, lacking any flavor.

17/08/2025: Slow and forgetful service... the food disappointed us, octopus with ketchup which is unacceptable, pasta portion very small, shrimp tartar poorly made... lamentable

18/08/2025: Family dinner, good pizza and food (though the two pizzas came out with a hole, patched up by the tomato sauce...). The service, alas, was not suited to the location and the crowds (we came on a weekday, not the weekend). Half an hour to order, over an hour to eat... I had to get up several times to ask for drinks, dessert, and the bill. Too bad, I don't think we'll be back.

12/08/2025: The prices are high for the quality of the food. The pizza is just okay. You go there for the fresh food.

15/03/2025: Unfortunately, this legendary venue's last day was March 8, 2025. The manager is professional and attentive. The food is excellent, for a bar, with seemingly simple dishes, but of the highest quality! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and unconventional. A unique experience. You can find all this much more easily in Marano di Valpolicella, with the same manager and the same passion, but in a different setting: Bar Chessa.

04/04/2025: Locanda accogliente e cibo di qualità, fresca la materia prima ed eccellente per come viene trattata. Noi abbiamo provato la fregola e il branzino, buonissimi entrambi. Il proprietario Antonio gentilissimo, paziente e disponibile (soprattutto con noi che viaggiamo con cane e bambino!) Prezzo giusto considerando che si mangia comunque del pesce, torneremo sicuramente al prossimo viaggio!

02/08/2025: We went for lunch today! Not recommended! The restaurant is nice, but that's all... the cod appetizer looked like tuna mousse, spelt was supposed to be there, and there wasn't any, 2 poor cherry tomato halves... four tortelli with butter, nothing special, the vegetable side dish was half a carrot with 2 slices of zucchini and two of aubergine, plus a rotten tomato, reheated, certainly not on the grill!! In the end, they tried to raise the prices compared to the list price. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but it was 54 euros wasted!! I'll add that I usually don't waste time reviewing, and I'm certainly not accustomed to typing! Not even the tomato was in order, it literally wilted before being reheated! It certainly wasn't our lucky day. They also had the courage to raise the price compared to what was written on the menu.

29/08/2025: The food is quite good, and the prices aren't exactly cheap. The service, I'd say, is so-so. They brought me the wrong drinks every time, and I noticed that the waiter was pouring drinks for everyone at the tables except me. It's clear that despite the generous tip and my courtesy, he didn't like me. But these are small touches that would be appreciated. The menu isn't very varied. The spectacular location is right next to the lake, and the sunsets are incredible.

06/08/2025: Locale carino con tavoli ben distanziati e quindi rispettoso della privacy. Cucina buona, ottima pasta fatta a mano. Buon vino. Servizio buono, cordiale e attento. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
