I had the pleasure of dining at Trattoria el Brol, and the experience was decidedly positive. The atmosphere is welcoming, refined, and relaxing, ideal for a lunch with family or friends. From the moment you arrive, you sense a genuine atmosphere, typical of trattorias that focus on quality and hospitality. The service was one of the strong points: the waiters were friendly, professional, and always available, without being intrusive. Every request was handled with attention and courtesy, helping to make the meal enjoyable from start to finish. Regarding the cuisine, the chef's care in preparing the dishes and selecting the ingredients was evident. I ordered a tagliata accompanied by baked potatoes: the meat was tender, well-cooked, and flavorful, while the potatoes were golden on the outside and soft on the inside. They were simply prepared but truly executed. A burrata with prosciutto and a first course were also served, both of which were very popular. The burrata was fresh and creamy, accompanied by excellent raw ham, while the first course was well-prepared, plentiful, and rich in flavor, demonstrating the kitchen's attention to detail in every course. Overall, this is a trattoria that emphasizes good food, quality ingredients, and attentive service. Kudos to the chef for his meticulous attention to detail and to the entire wait staff for their professionalism and kindness. A place I'd happily recommend and would gladly return to.

Excellent gourmet restaurant. Very high quality food. However, it's not for people on a budget. We only went there for my wife's birthday. The price-performance ratio is very high.
