Trattoria El Brol In Costermano

A lovely restaurant with a large conservatory and a beautiful terrace among olive trees in the summer. The staff is very friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. For dessert, we highly recommend the tiramisu and the Torta della Nonna. We would definitely come back.

We stopped because the restaurant was offering a "workers' lunch" for €14. Upon entering, we sat outside. When the waiter arrived, he brought us the à la carte menu. I asked if we could have the €14 menu, but was told it was only for those seated inside and not for those sitting outside, that is, 50 cm from our table but not on the veranda. We ordered two first courses, a bottle of sparkling water, and two coffees. Total €37. Ask first because they vary the menu and prices based on where you sit, but they don't tell you before you sit down. This is the first time this has happened to us in 50 years.

There is free parking in front of the restaurant. The service is friendly and unobtrusive; the owner greets guests at their tables. The dinner is well-prepared, the portions are a bit small if you're hungry, but they are filling. The staff also caters to young children and provides high chairs. All in all, a lovely evening; we'd gladly return.

An old-fashioned trattoria where everything is rooted in tradition. Excellent dinner with delicious dishes, fast and impeccable service. A now-forgotten tradition: the owner walks among the tables to welcome and check on guests' satisfaction. Worth a return visit.

A tasty dinner with excellent home-grown produce! The rabbit stew tasted like grandma's 🤩 generous portions, and finished with a dessert that takes you home 🤩. More than fair price!
