14/12/2025: December 14, 2025....I confirm what I wrote in previous reviews. A quaint atmosphere, a magical location, friendly service, and a very pleasant, plentiful, and tasty cuisine, with extremely fair prices. An old farmhouse from the late 18th century in the heart of the beautiful Lessinia mountains, about an hour's drive from Verona. You can arrive directly by car, but I recommend leaving it in the parking lot just outside the village of Erbezzo and walking up to the restaurant for about an hour, surrounded by a wonderful landscape. The cuisine is simple and traditional, offering a set menu featuring mountain gnocchi, an ancient dish made with flour and water and served with plenty of mountain butter; mixed grill, polenta, mountain cheese, water, wine, sbrisolona (a typical local cake with a "sandy" texture made with flour, eggs, butter, and sugar), and grappa (also useful for dipping the sbrisolona!) Coffee ☕️. Everything was excellent and the fixed price was €20.00.!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's a mountain hut, so the decor is spartan but typically traditional, with benches and tables, a fireplace, and a counter. It seats about thirty people inside, with a much larger outdoor seating area in the warmer months. Service is usually available for lunch on weekends, so I always recommend booking. Highly recommended!

11/11/2025: We had spaghetti and a pizza. The portion of pasta was large and tasty. The pizza was good, the crust nice and crispy and fluffy. The spot right on the lake is wonderful. The service was poor; not at all attentive, and we had to ask for something several times. It could definitely be better!

07/11/2025: On the recommendation of our landlord...and rightly so. A very good Italian restaurant with outdoor seating right on the water. We went there three times because it was simply delicious. Pizza, pasta, and first-class bread. Prices are reasonable, and the service was excellent. Keep up the good work!

01/11/2025: Rustic trattoria with authentic cuisine. The fagottino and soup are superb. The only downside is the limited parking, but that's a characteristic of the area.

09/11/2025: The chickpea and porcini mushroom soup was good. Lemon scallops were neither good nor bad. Ordered gnocchi with gorgonzola and arugula. They told us shortly afterward that the arugula was finished. Service was courteous but very sketchy: they brought a first course and a second course instead of two together. The atmosphere could use a makeover. Prices for the dishes were average. The coffee price was exorbitant (€3.50 for a strong espresso), even in Piazza Brà. Parking was difficult. The kitchen failed; perhaps it's better for the pizzas I saw being served, which looked good.

18/10/2025: Absolutely the best Neopalitan style pizza I've ever had! Plus our server, MARCO, was super friendly and made great recommendations. The focaccia was unbelievable! Grazie mille!

30/11/2025: We ask what the soup of the day is: we're told it's with vegetables and beans. It actually comes with potato and bean soup. The nettle bigoli were tough. The truffled horsemeat tagliata was a very small portion despite the price (20 euros). The zaletti were old, and the wine they were paired with wasn't clear.

26/09/2025: We've been here the last two years and were looking forward to the good food again. Unfortunately, the quality and taste have declined significantly, but the prices have increased. However, the sunset during dinner is unbeatable.

09/11/2025: We had a truly wonderful meal! The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked, with carefully crafted and flavorful dishes. Despite the restaurant being packed, the wait was surprisingly short and the service was quick and efficient. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is very welcoming, with a splendid view of the lake that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Prices are absolutely in line with other restaurants in the area. Highly recommended!

09/11/2025: Yes, there are pearls in the lake too! And this one is precious! Discovered by chance, we stopped by on our way back from Malcesine and, given the beautiful day, were able to enjoy the tables on the pier overlooking the lake. Beautifully set up, we were welcomed and immersed in a family atmosphere, expertly advised and entertained with the various dishes, and, as rarely happens to me, very, very pleasantly surprised by the dishes. The lake fish dishes were a real treat! We enjoyed it so much that, despite staying in Peachiera del Garda, we returned the next evening, but to a covered table overlooking the harbor and lake (it's incredibly romantic when lit up), and if that's possible, we had an even better dinner than the day before. Whitefish in a crust: delicious! Pike in sauce: delicious! Perch fillets: delicious! Small fish: delicious! Tartare and carpaccio: excellent... and then tagliolini with black truffle from Monte Baldo, spaghetti with lake sardines... people... try it and believe it. Excellent Excellent value for money. To the staff and the family who runs it...all the stars in the sky. We'll be back, and I've already highly recommended it to all my friends.

08/11/2025: The essence of an Irish pub in the heart of Villafranca. Tasty, yet understated, food and the perfect atmosphere for a good beer with friends. No baby amenities such as high chairs or changing tables available. Good-quality vegetarian options available.

26/10/2025: Nice atmosphere, although a bit chaotic. The staff was average, except for the youngest waitress who spent the evening with her phone in her hand taking photos and videos of who knows who, and moved customers away while yelling "get out of here!"
