03/10/2025: You should definitely try it. The menu is concise, and there's no alternative to risotto, but it's very tasty. The head waitress is rather defensive and unfriendly. The waiters are very accommodating and friendly.

20/10/2025: Honestly, it used to be better. Table service was slow; the pizzas arrived before the drinks, and there was another long wait for dessert. Decent pizza. The children's play area isn't bad, but the kids seem to be out of control; it's unclear whether anyone is keeping an eye on them or their parents have to make do.

02/11/2025: Excellent location, a rustic yet refined atmosphere with truly appreciable details (such as the real plants as centerpieces and the yellow leather cutlery holder). The service is good; despite the crowded place, you don't have to wait long, and the waiters are friendly. The atmosphere is lovely. It's a little strange that you have to buy bread separately. As for the food, the tortellini all'Amarone with braised beef are mind-blowing: I could have eaten five thousand of them, truly heavenly. The meat is also good. Overall, a highly recommended place, even if the price is a bit high.

01/11/2025: Terrible service. Food delivered incredibly late. The first and second courses were at least an hour apart. After all, we're in Verona. A perfect tourist playground where you pay €20 for a plate of pasta served by people who have nothing to do with Verona. What can I say... for bad food, go to McDonald's. Don't be fooled by these traps! Bye!

16/09/2025: Beautiful, down-to-earth place! Great for a family lunch in a cozy, homey atmosphere... The classic trattorias of yesteryear, where you feel like you're at home! Authentic, excellent food! Highly recommended.

25/09/2025: We came here on the recommendation of our hotel, but haven't felt so unwelcome in a long time. When we arrived, the outdoor area was empty, and it looked as if the waitress was just about to clear it and close the door. We were allowed to sit down, but for the rest of the evening, she made the impression that we had ruined her evening. She waited at the door for most of our stay; another woman (the boss?) gestured to her that she could clear the rest of the garden, which she declined (at least for a more positive atmosphere for us). Then another waiter took our food, who was friendly in general. However, he first pointed out to us that we had to go inside immediately if it started to rain. I have to admit, I wasn't prepared for not finding a vegetarian main course on the menu, but we should have done more research ourselves and not relied solely on the recommendation. The meal itself was served by a third waiter, was truly delicious, and we were both full (steak with pepper sauce and seafood bigoli). When we ordered the bill, a fourth person (the manager?) took the money. We left relatively quickly, and at that moment it started to rain. Luckily, we didn't have to move inside. We would have been perfectly fine if they had simply refused to accept us because they were closing. As it was, we simply didn't feel welcome. Therefore, unfortunately, only two stars, even though the food itself was delicious.

03/10/2025: A true gem! Baita Maso is an enchanting place: the location is spectacular, immersed in nature and meticulously maintained. The food is simply excellent, authentic and plentiful, combining tradition and quality. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always available, making you feel at home. 02/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding in July at this incredible property in the Castrum! As always, they were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. The rooms and suites were perfect, and the bistro for the evening of our guests' arrival was excellent! The party, with this beautiful view, was wonderful and exceeded every expectation! A huge shout-out to Elia for his excellent drinks and music at the end of the evening: we had a blast!

29/08/2025: Excellent facility. The owners and staff are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. An experience worth repeating (tastings at the property's bistro). The breakfast is superb in terms of both quantity and quality.

26/09/2025: We've been here the last two years and were looking forward to the good food again. Unfortunately, the quality and taste have declined significantly, but the prices have increased. However, the sunset during dinner is unbeatable.
