18/02/2026: A very good hotel in the pretty village of Malcesine.
The room with a street view also has a mountain view. It's well-furnished, with a wardrobe, comfortable beds, a full bathroom with a bidet, and a comfortable shower.
There's a very good restaurant on the ground floor. The staff is very friendly.

Selected ingredients. Good food and good pizza. These days' gourmet pizza is 🔝: high-hydration dough, porcini cream, aged Monte Veronese, Angus carpaccio, and white truffle shavings 😋 absolutely worth trying 💯.
To top it all off, the guys who work there 😊
Friendly ☺️, never pushy or over the top.

02/01/2026: Good pizza with plenty of toppings. Very kind, friendly, smiling, and attentive to their customers. When they made me wait a few minutes longer for my order, they offered me a little something. Much appreciated. You can tell they're passionate about their work.

The pizza is very tasty and plentiful.
We always come here to see the guys, who are very kind and organized.
On weekends, there's a slightly longer wait, as is usual everywhere.
But the fresh, quality products are worth 💯%.

28/02/2026: A wonderful dinner with two dear friends. On Carnival Friday, the gnocchi were a must. They were excellent. We had previously ordered a rooster for two, which was delicious and tasty. Our third guest opted for a slice of beef, which he found equally delicious. After dinner, we wrapped up the evening by playing billiards in the upstairs dining room. A lovely evening. We'll be back.

08/03/2026: I'm writing this review while I'm at my table waiting for my pizza. I've been here for an hour and still no food on the table (not even breadsticks). Obviously, I can't rate the food yet...

Pros: pizza with a very high crust, large, almost enormous, generous with ingredients (p.s. you have to be very hungry to finish it all), but it lacks a bit of crispiness.
Excellent selection from the menu on the tablet. Good service, well done! Very good price. A place just steps from Garda.
My/our dog Luna (a Golden Retriever, to give you an idea of its size) was also with me, and she was welcomed with great kindness and care.
Advice: make a reservation.
Cons: practically nothing.

02/03/2026: Congratulations, we had dinner last night after seeing the presentation of a menu with a €30 coupon (excluding wine), so we gave it a try. The food was excellent, the portions were even a bit too generous, but being in the industry, I can say that for €30, a starter like this (Black Angus with arugula, Monte Veronese, and truffle), delicious porcini mushroom and truffle risotto, and the main course of cheek with polenta that was as soft as butter, plus dessert, was a gift. For the quality served and the expertise. Well done and congratulations. See you soon.

11/01/2026: The atmosphere is welcoming but cramped, so much so that even the waiters struggle to find space for the dishes. The service is good and friendly, but the Chinese-style tablet-based ordering leaves much to be desired for a restaurant that prides itself on being a traditional trattoria. The selection of dishes is vast. The tagliata steak could be improved.

The risotto with Amarone and truffle was excellent, creamy, with perfectly balanced flavors. The horse steak melted in your mouth with a delicious truffle sauce!!! All washed down with a fabulous glass of Amarone. We were amazed! 10 out of 10

13/03/2026: The service was excellent, very fast and discreet. Everyone worked like an orchestra, complementing each other perfectly. The food was excellent, the ingredients high-quality, and every ingredient was perfectly cooked. It was like art. I really enjoyed it and will definitely remember this restaurant. It's a shame I didn't have time to take a photo for this review; I was so hungry.
