30/05/2025: A cinco minutos a pie de la ciudad vieja sobre el puente Ponte Nuovo, te aleja de las trampas turísticas. En el menú se enumeran los alérgenos, para evitar el gluten evitar cualquier elemento marcado con un 1 . Es posible que necesites Google Translate para leer el menú. Teníamos lucio con piñones y caballo cocinado lentamente en vino tinto, que estaban deliciosos. Auténtico restaurante italiano y personal encantador.

27/04/2025: In der rustikalen Hostaria La Cross bekommt man eine sehr gute Auswahl an regionalen Gerichten (keine Pizza). Mit qualitativ hochwertigen Zutaten wird erstklassige Hausmannskost geboten. Vom Carne Sala über die Polenta und hausgemachte Nudelgerichte bis zu Gardasee -Fisch und Fleisch-/Braten Gerichten ist alles schlicht richtig lecker gemacht. Teller zum Teilen sind eine Selbstverständlichkeit hier. Complimenti ans Team La Cross, bei dem auch der Service passt.

01/06/2025: Outstanding Stay at Hotel Bellavista – A Truly Memorable Experience We’ve just returned from the most incredible stay at Hotel Bellavista, and I genuinely cannot recommend this beautiful hotel enough. Nestled perfectly overlooking the breathtaking Lake Garda, the views from the hotel are nothing short of spectacular — waking up to that serene lake each morning and watching the sun set in the evening felt like something out of a dream. The hotel itself is immaculate — everything is spotlessly clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a calm and relaxing environment from the moment you arrive. It’s clear that great care is taken to ensure the highest standards throughout. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Every single member of the team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help — but two people in particular really stood out and deserve special mention. Firstly, Nicolo, one of the waiters, is an absolute credit to the hotel. Always wearing a genuine, cheerful smile, he went above and beyond to ensure every meal and moment we spent in the restaurant was perfect. His eagerness to please and positive energy truly made a difference to our holiday — it’s people like Nicolo who turn a great stay into an exceptional one. Equally wonderful is Sylvia, who seems to be everywhere at once — from reception to the bar and restaurant. She is incredibly happy, helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. Whether it was assisting with local recommendations, organising drinks, or simply checking in to see if we were enjoying ourselves, Sylvia made us feel so genuinely cared for throughout our stay. In short, Hotel Bellavista is a gem on Lake Garda — combining stunning views, pristine surroundings, and a team of staff who clearly love what they do. An amazing holiday all in all, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you for everything!

26/05/2025: This year marked our fifth visit, and each time we're impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the view over Lake Garda, and the absolutely outstanding food! Half board is highly recommended!

19/05/2025: Sono stato qui per festeggiare il mio compleanno con amici, la pizza è buona nulla da dire, il problema grande ritengo sia il servizio. Premetto che avevo chiamato in precedenza per chiedere se fosse stato possibile portare la torta da una pasticceria esterna, la risposta è stata "si il costo del taglio torta è di 15€". La torta è stata porzionata in modo imbarazzante poiché una fetta era meno della metà delle altre perciò la mia amica l'ha a malapena assaggiata inoltre è stata portata senza forchette che ho dovuto richiedere perché nessuno se n'è accorto. Sulla torta era presente una scritta di pasta di zucchero che non mi è stata servita, dopo averla richiesta due volte il cameriere si è inventato di averla messa nel congelatore poiché a suo dire si era squagliata e mi ha detto "Se vuoi te la porto così la metti in una teca", la presa in giro fa parte del servizio a quanto pare... Alla cassa non ho questionato perché non volevo fare scenate davanti alle 10 persone che erano con me ma una volta uscito ho controllato lo scontrino e ho notato che per il taglio torta mi sono stati addebitati 20€ e non 15 come detto in precedenza, il problema non è il prezzo, però per un servizio così è imbarazzante, se non volete che la gente porti le torte da fuori e compri i vostri dolci ditelo che fate prima. Di pizzerie in centro a Verona ce ne sono tante e per la superficialità avete perso 10 clienti.

18/05/2025: I had a gluten-free pizza, the dough was artisanal and good, but more similar to pizza al taglio than to a Neapolitan pizza unlike pizzas with gluten. The supplement of €4.50 for the gluten-free dough seems very high to me.

18/05/2025: I expected more abundant portions given that there was no refreshment or at least there was a refreshment with the leftovers on the tray after serving everyone which obviously wasn't enough for what was left to serve everyone.

18/05/2025: We only came here for dinner on a Saturday evening without a reservation in the off-season. The waitress told us in a gruff tone that the inside was full but that we could sit outside. A few tables were set up there. When I asked for the awning to be raised so that we could take a look at the beautiful surroundings, my request was turned down with reference to the sun, which was shining that day but not particularly warm. We were taken our orders very quickly and the food arrived quite promptly. The fries and grilled vegetables came about 3 minutes before the steaks. Everything was of good quality and the steaks were grilled as ordered. A look at the prices shows excellent value for money. The steaks were served on chipped plates in a very careless manner. You can overlook that if you want to. But the way guests were treated does raise doubts. My written request... everything quickly, quickly, quickly... the ambience on the terrace, which was only nice because of the beautiful surroundings, was spoiled by an ugly awning and to top it all off, the guest was ordered inside so that they could pay quickly. Waiters were milling around and no one was willing to present the bill to the guest at the table. No thanks, we could do better. Beautiful dishes are just as much a part of a good meal as a beautiful ambience and I definitely expect service... which was completely lacking here. I'd rather spend 10 euros more and eat somewhere where I feel welcome as a guest.

31/05/2025: One of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten: very dry and thin dough, small pizza. The plates were too small for the pizza, so it was difficult to cut it. We also waited for the pizza for more than an hour. Insufficient parking. Positive notes: large garden, large children's play area (with inflatable slide), small internal playroom, well-kept internal environment.

19/05/2025: Excellent pizzas and friendly staff..prices above average but the choice of pizzas is immense with all types of doughs even for celiacs. Well-kept children's area both outside and inside..

15/05/2025: Located directly on the Cathedral Square, the inconspicuous entrance reveals several small rooms in the historic building. It also has a small terrace. Excellent Italian regional cuisine, all freshly prepared. Top!

30/04/2025: Best salt-crusted sea bass I've ever eaten. Simply a poem. The dessert was also very tasty. The wine selection is also excellent. We would have liked another bowl of water for our dog. It goes without saying that it has always been there in all other restaurants in Lazise. Otherwise the service was absolutely fine. Overall, very expensive but absolutely appropriate for the level delivered here.

20/04/2025: Were not the first, nor the last time here. Excellent food and very nice service impress the guests here. The food is worth every penny and we will definitely see each other again.

04/05/2025: The first courses TOP but the sirloin too tough and the house Valpolicella seems gone/oxidized... TOP service!

30/04/2025: Everything was perfect ! Service was awesome, the staff was very friendly and thoughtfull towards us (even our dog was super well received with a lot of cuddle). The food is juste excellent. The wait was inexsistant. Just try it you will love it :)
