09/10/2025: To celebrate our twelfth anniversary, I chose Trattoria agli Osei, a restaurant near my house that, strangely, we'd never tried before. The decor is from a few years ago, but everything is well-kept and tidy, which conveys a certain familiarity and attention. I had booked a table for two, and from the reviews I'd noticed that the Amarone risotto is only prepared for a minimum of two people. Over the phone, I asked if it was possible to make it without the onion in the soffritto, and they confirmed that I could specify this directly when ordering. The menu concept was very nice: a small table is brought to you with a chalkboard listing all the daily specials. An original and rustic touch. For our second course, we ordered a mixed grill with a side of potatoes. The wait time was normal. The risotto arrived in a generous portion, enhanced by a generous amount of melted Monte Veronese cheese. The grill included a steak, pancetta, two ribs, and a sausage. Overall, the food was good but average. We weren't particularly impressed, but it was still a pleasant evening in a quiet atmosphere.

Usually from 10 p.m. Was here again on September 23rd, great, small but really busy, live music great, atmosphere top-notch, if some people are feeling down, the really nice boss helps out again. Of course, you have to contribute yourself, dance, sing along, chat with everyone, whether Italians, English, Icelanders, Finns, Czechs, Austrians, Bavarians, other Germans, or others, everyone is equal here, everyone contributes to the atmosphere with their own talent. Prices? Sure, musicians cost money too. The nice thing is, no one was seriously drunk, most of them were in a good mood, 100 points. There are also snacks, or a pizzeria 5 meters away if there's room. Thanks for three great evenings. Was in Garda for 24 hours, two 10-day stays, and of course, every evening here, always great, hardly too much alcohol, you should always be in control. 25 will definitely be back > depending on the world situation and health. Live Music >> Atmosphere over 100% - you can top anything, also great that people from previous years are always met there, an international audience, singing and dancing at full throttle, even though the atmosphere is relatively sober, disco fox with spinning in just under 1m2, etc. You live it to the fullest. Reporting everything would be considered pure bragging by many, but everyone has to > go full throttle < themselves, like in traffic, some people drive 74 km/h when the speed limit is 100 km/h, it's enough for them, they reach their destination and continue sleeping there. 18/10/2025: I have my say, then everyone does what they want obviously, good wine, good dessert, meat I've eaten better, potatoes on the side counted, usually they go away like hotcakes, starter rating 6, I don't eat cheese, as it goes in 😂😂😂😂 it comes out, and you should ask before taking the order, in my opinion the price is a bit high, but the place is nice, once in a while you can go, I repeat this is my thought.

05/10/2025: Very nice place, with young and always helpful staff. The ingredients were good, but not homemade as we thought, but more refined. The price was a bit high for what we ate. The appetizers were definitely the most expensive, in our opinion. The first courses cost around €13-15.

20/09/2025: I give the service and ambiance 5 stars because everything was impeccable! The food, two plates of spaghetti allo scoglio, promised a lot but left us wanting. The dish looks great, but it's lacking in several aspects. Strange as it may seem, there was an excessive amount of fish, which was under-seasoned, with too little tomato, making the pasta a bit too dry. The shrimp, in both dishes, wasn't cut into pieces; it was dirty inside, and we couldn't eat it. The crab, cut in half, was impossible to eat because there was too little meat and too much "shell." Both dishes had a lot of pasta and fish left over. For the price of the dish, you expect much more. Tip: halve the fish, halve the pasta, add more tomato and more seasoning to the whole thing. I'd go back just because I had a good time, but I'd definitely choose another dish.

16/09/2025: Very nice, almost on the lake. It's a shame the walkway is right in the middle. Very good food, a varied selection (from pizzas to burgers, salads, and seafood and meat-based first and second courses) at excellent prices. The bigoli with sardines are very good and tasty.

19/10/2025: Restaurant with some regional dishes. Exceptionally, they offer donkey meat dishes. My donkey tartare was very good. Portions could be larger. Well-made, tasty, and friendly, attentive service. Very nice and clean ambiance.

21/10/2025: Dinner before the jazz concert at the theater of the same name. A table next to the artists. Spaghetti with cheese and coffee (the coffee helps soften the pecorino cheese) and Venetian-style liver for my wife. Both excellent. Friendly and competent service. Average price.

19/10/2025: Locanda Ristori is a restaurant in the center of Verona, just steps from the Arena. It overlooks a quiet and secluded square dominated by the theater of the same name. We dined there on a Sunday: the food was excellent, with a solid selection that was faithful to tradition without being predictable. The wine list is interesting and comprehensive. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming. The staff is young and professional and went out of their way to find us a quiet place to stay as we were traveling with a wheelchair, a thoughtful touch we greatly appreciated. The price was absolutely fair. I highly recommend it!

13/09/2025: Nice place. We called to reserve a table, they could have told us the entire center was closed for construction. We parked an 8-minute walk away because they told us to hurry if we wanted a table, yet it was half empty. We had the first course of the day (pumpkin-filled ravioli), which cost us €16, the same as the most expensive first course (tagliatelle with truffle). The cheapest thing they could get for our little girl was tagliatelle with olive oil, a normal portion because they don't make it smaller, for €10. The girl who served us was friendly. The pasta was all fresh, made in-house.
