We stumbled upon "Al Laghetto Cicogna" by chance. A family-run restaurant, very friendly, spontaneous, and accommodating, with exquisite food.
I highly recommend taking the opportunity to visit this restaurant.
We came from Germany and were delighted by the warm, family atmosphere.
Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Al Laghetto, where flavor takes its time
There are days that don't require complicated plans. All you need is a friend, a beautifully set table, and the desire to be surprised.
Yesterday, Mario and I chose to stop at Al Laghetto. One of those stops that happen almost by chance and end up offering you much more than just a simple lunch.
As soon as the first courses arrive, I know it will be an experience worth sharing.
Magnificent red prawns arrive on the table, served almost pure, as is done when the raw material doesn't need to be hidden behind special effects. The bright color, the delicate texture, the scent of the sea that arrives before you even taste it. An elegant, essential dish that speaks for itself.
Then come the gnocchi with prawns, burrata, and pistachios. Soft, enveloping, balanced. The sweetness of the shellfish meets the creaminess of the burrata, while the pistachio provides a pleasant crunch. A dish that manages to be delicious without being heavy.
The land is also present with splendid tagliolini with truffle, fragrant and generous. Each forkful brings with it that unmistakable aroma that transforms a meal into a small moment of celebration.
And just when you think you've already tasted the best, here it comes: a fried fish platter that deserves a chapter all its own.
Golden to perfection, dry, fragrant, light. Calamari, shrimp, and fish present themselves with that subtle crunch that complements the flavor without overpowering it. No greasiness, no excess. Just the authentic taste of the sea that lets you savor bite after bite. Fried fish as it should always be: easy to describe and hard to forget.
All around, the dining room lives its tranquil rhythm. Glasses are filled, conversations flow lightly, and time seems to slow down just enough to allow you to truly enjoy what's on your plate.
At the end of lunch, there's that pleasant feeling that every food enthusiast knows well: the certainty of having found a place where quality isn't just a word on the menu, but a daily choice.
Mario and I look at each other and smile. There's no need to say much more.
Because there are restaurants that satisfy your hunger.
And then there are those that leave a lasting impression.
Al Laghetto definitely belongs to the latter category.
"Taste isn't what we taste. It's what remains when the plate is empty and the memory continues to tell its story."

The taste of simplicity, the flavor of excellence
There are lunches that happen by chance and transform into little culinary journeys. That's what happened yesterday, when my friend Mario and I chose to stop at Ristorante Al Laghetto, letting ourselves be guided by curiosity and the desire to savor authentic cuisine.
From the moment we arrive, we sense a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The bright dining room, the attentive yet never intrusive service, and that sense of sincere hospitality that isn't always easy to find today.
The gastronomic journey began with splendid red prawns served pure, enhanced with salt, pepper, and edible flower petals. A dish elegant in presentation and refined in flavor, where the quality of the ingredients shines through without any need for artifice.
Next came extraordinary gnocchi with prawns, burrata, and pistachios, a successful balance of sweetness, creaminess, and savory flavors. The soft and delicate gnocchi embrace the freshness of the shellfish and the smoothness of the burrata, while the pistachio adds crunch and character.
The tagliolini with truffle is no less convincing, fragrant and enveloping, showcasing the precious mushroom without being overbearing. A preparation that demonstrates technical attention and respect for the ingredients.
Each course demonstrates a clear philosophy: highlighting the product, avoiding unnecessary complications. A cuisine that speaks the language of quality and tradition, with that touch of creativity that makes each dish memorable.
The lunch ends with the satisfaction of knowing you've had a wonderful gastronomic experience. Because true luxury often isn't about surprising at all costs, but knowing how to excite with excellent ingredients, expert hands, and authentic passion.
We found all this at Laghetto. And we'll gladly return.
"When the flavor of the raw ingredients meets the respect of the cuisine, every dish becomes a story to remember." – Michele Pigozzo

I recommend!
Selected ingredients. Good food and good pizza. These days' gourmet pizza is 🔝: high-hydration dough, porcini cream, aged Monte Veronese, Angus carpaccio, and white truffle shavings 😋 absolutely worth trying 💯.
To top it all off, the guys who work there 😊
Friendly ☺️, never pushy or over the top.
Well done everyone!!! Keep up the good work 💪
