Very positive experience, special mention for the Florentine carpaccio, out of this world

My family and I ate à la carte on Easter Sunday. In this beautiful old restaurant with a lovely view, as soon as you enter you're greeted by a large fireplace with a grill. The first courses are all homemade, with delicious pasta sauces; the second courses are grilled, including beef ribs and lamb chops, all cooked over the coals and all delicious.

Beautiful location, nestled in the Veronese hills with convenient parking. The restaurant is meticulously clean and aesthetically pleasing. Traditional dishes revisited with a modern twist and carefully plated. Excellent prices! I'll be back.

This isn't our first time eating at this restaurant, and until now, the Fiorentina carpaccio has always been a guarantee! This evening, we also decided to try the cooked Fiorentina, but unfortunately, we weren't satisfied: the cut was rather small (it didn't even feel like 1.3 kg), overcooked, and about half the steak was fatty. Once we'd finished, we mentioned this to the waiter, who returned an apology from the kitchen and offered us a bottle of wine: a gesture that was certainly appreciated and a very positive note. If I may offer a piece of advice: I'd suggest always displaying the weight of the Fiorentina cut; it's a detail that customers really appreciate. Otherwise, it's still a point of reference!

Had dinner this evening, everything was excellent, efficient and courteous service.

Had dinner yesterday in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. From the appetizer to the coffee, a true delight. Fairly priced, I'll definitely be back.

I've been to this restaurant and I have to say the location is truly enchanting, with a breathtaking view that makes you feel like you're in paradise 😍. The place is well-maintained and welcoming, a true pleasure to visit. The food was the highlight of the evening! 😋 I ordered a well-done rib-eye steak with baked potatoes and I have to say it was truly excellent. The meat was tender and flavorful, the potatoes crispy and tasty. My companions also enjoyed it: the tagliata and the pasta with Musso ragù were both truly excellent. The table setting was also very well-designed, an added touch of class. However, the service didn't live up to the setting. It was a bit slow and not very attentive, which somewhat detracted from the atmosphere. *Tip:* If you're in the area, try this restaurant for the food and the view.
