When simplicity is combined with quality and care....In the immediate surroundings of Spoleto, obviously you can get there by car. I ate very well this evening, even the house red wine was excellent. Appetizer of chicory and broad bean purée followed by black celery stuffed with baked meat and a final dessert filled with cooked cream, made even more delicious by a black cherry sauce. I had the fantastic impression that everything was freshly prepared. The portions are generous. I would say that all the ingredients that count are there!

I have been coming to this tavern for many years and every time it feels like being at home. Genuine and delicious food. Attentive and loving staff. In the photo omelette with truffle and pappardelle with truffle, bacon and wild asparagus. An absurd goodness!
